Awesome guys to work with! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of land and they are very client oriented. Not only was the purchase of our property with them very smooth, but they have also provided several services afterwards. Our Morton Building construction, docks for our lake, orchard planting, brush clearing, and road work have all gone through LandCo. I haven't personally purchased property from LandCo, but I know a few people who have. Every single report I have received is that John and his crew are second to none in property sales. Selling property is one thing, but having the background knowledge and history on a property and other properties in the area is a level of expertise to expect here. Not all land is the same and these boys know how to differentiate. Some land brings revenue. Some land is purchased for investment purposes. Some land is bought for recreational purposes. No matter what your property intentions are, LandCo is hands down the BEST in the industry.

John, has been an invaluable resource to me in the search for the perfect recreational tract. I, probably like many people reading this, am in search of a piece of land that my family and I can enjoy for generations. Me being indecisive by nature, have sent John countless listings of properties all over Illinois and he always gives me honest feedback, and he is always willing to help in any way. We have not pulled the trigger yet, but with John’s help I know we will get there.

One of my favorite aspects of John’s business is his analytical and economical approach to properties. I will never have the wealth of knowledge these gentlemen do, but John has taught me a lot about the marketplace for land in Illinois, and what you should be looking for from an investment standpoint. Take one listen to LandCo’s podcast, and A) you’ll learn that these guys know what they are doing, and B) they are doing things that are light years ahead of other brokerage firms.

Let’s be serious though, the opportunity to bag a stud whitetail, or shoot your limit of ducks is what drew me to Illinois. John, can always speak to the quality of hunting in a given area, and he has a tremendous network of hunters to gain further insight to properties. Also, his experience with land services make LandCo a great resource for how you could potentially improve a tract to get what you are looking for, this ability broadens my search to properties that otherwise I might have overlooked. Also, for a non-resident like me, knowing that you have some boots nearby to spray a food plot or clear your trails makes working with John a no-brainer.

I cannot speak highly enough of John, and I look forward to the first Fall on my farm, made possible by John O’Reilly and LandCo.
