They cut pieces of glass and mirror for me to make a candle terrarium with. The prices are affordable, they do a great job, and service is fast. They are friendly and knowledgeable.

They say they live by the word of God but they don't they're liars and I used to work there so I know..
1 star. you'd be surprised the smack they talk about their customers behind their backs

If you guys really want to support a company like this to do your shower doors who tell unemployment office that the employee left on their own when the owner stated that I better go get seen by the doctor and came back with a doctor's note sitting that I was out of work until 7/31 go in on 7/16 for them to have already filled my position before my return date yet tell the unemployment office that I voluntary left so now I am unable for funds for unemployment which is unfair due to my health condition and I was still doing tasks that I wasn't supposed to be doing even though the owner said he didn't need my doctor's notes. I hope everybody here that supports this company finds another company to do their showers and their window glass

Boycott this company and shut them out of business. I have all my medical documentations even the owner denied me for FMLA deny me for any type of compensation even though they asked me to do the tasks that I was asked not to do for doctors requests

I contacted Baer to replace a couple of broken windows in my house. They weren't the cheapest quote I got, but they were friendly and professional on the phone, and gave me the quickest turnaround, so I went ahead and contracted them to do the job. I called after a week of no updates and spoke to a gentlemen - he said he'd find out and get back to me. No return call received. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called again and learned there was a mistake on their end, my windows were not ready, and that they wouldn't be available to install until later this week. That's three weeks of waiting to get two broken windows repaired. Based on other reviews I'm sure they will be doing quality work, but I'm disappointed with the mistake and the lack of communication. Not sure if I'll use them for future needs.
