They came to our house pretty quickly. Our air conditioner wasn’t cooling the house. The guy came in identified the problem and had the part in his truck to fix the problem. He was super nice and friendly. It’s working again and the house is cooling down. Thank you so much!!

We received a year on the maintenance agreement that covers plumbing, heating and cooling when we purchased a new furnace. Juan Yanez was the technician that came to our house today to flush the water heater and check all our plumbing lines. He was very personable and kind. He was also very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Thank you Juan and Summers for the plumbing check today.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling are the ultimate professionals! My tech was Dustin Huffman and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, personable, knowledgeable and very patient while answering my questions. He was just a great guy!! My AC went out on one of the hottest days imaginable! I called Summers for help, fully anticipating having to wait several days for my appointment. However, I called at 9:00am and Dustin was at my door by 3:30 that very same day! Kudos to the awesome folks at Summers!!

Wow. Josh Smith!! I am going to be very blunt here!! This man came in, nice, mannerly, respectful, ask a few questions, went right to work. Got the great job done. I mean cleaned the air conditioner to look like brand new!!! NEVER, HAS A SUMMERS PERSON COME TO MY HOME AND CLEANED, WORKED ON, SERVICED, ANYTHING LIKE THIS YOUNG MAN DID!!! SO PROUD OF HIM, HONOURED TO WITNESS THIS, I HAVE BEEN WITH SUMMERS FOR YEARS. (But this is the 1st time, besides when they put my Furnace in yrs ago.) That I did not get upset, or call them about a problem. Like hooking up my kitchen sink, nothing was tightened, ruined my laminate flooring. They never apologized, fixed it, never. Still, messed up flooring.
But today, I seen the mess from the years of No one cleaning my air conditioner. With my service contract all these years. It was terrible. But... It runs quieter now. More efficient. Thank you Josh Smith.. you will save Summers.. and keep the company running. May God Bless you and keep you the honest, hard working person you are. Ruth Harpham..

I got a New water filtration system and iron filtration systems installed. They advised what size was appropriate for the home and educated me on the care. It was pretty easy. Just add salt ? They did an amazing job. My water quality is awesome ?. We Also got a New Water Heater and Toilets installed in our New home. They saved the day when our water heater went out right before Thanksgiving. Thanks so much for coming on such short notice.

Today Ryan did an amazing job installing our new faucet and shower handle. Austin assisted with this one and he absolutely predicted this would happen and he was correct. Good Call Austin.
Today Clark did an excellent job putting in our new outside water spicket. He was very professional and helpful. Thanks Once Again Summers for always being there for us and providing quality work.

Justin showed diligence and patience when it came to diagnosing my A/C unit issues, he explained things in lay terms that I could understand. He educated me on my current system how it works with the house the reasons of malfunction, and even called another technician to further diagnose using another part. He’s extremely knowledgeable friendly and trustworthy!

The technician, Harold, was very professional, thorough and patient. He fixed the air conditioner all while patiently dealing with our barking dogs, baby gates and the heat. Not only solved the current problem but a long standing mystery that no other repairman had been able to figure out! Highly recommend!

Had to have you back today as the AC malfunctioned again. You sent Justin Huffman and he did a very thorough job of diagnosing our ongoing problems. Turns out the issues in our heat pump stemmed from a poor original installation (done by another company) and wiring errors done at that time. Because of these errors our unit has extensive damage (and we now have an explanation of our excessive electric bills!) so you are going to be installing a completely new unit with a fantastic warranty. Justin gave us pricing and information for a repair and/or a full replacement and didn't pressure us either way. Thanks for the great service.
