A good honest company. Sometimes could be better with the details of explaining and providing receipts etc, but the work, the prices and the people are all good.

Coming from Arizona and working on home projects for over 20 years I have seen experienced customer service this excellent. I am working on a bathroom remodel and the plumber came the same day to see if things could be done. He climbed I the crawl space and said it would all work. What service!!! Thank you and I will see you all when the framing is done.

Dishonest. Charged me over $700 for installing 3 parts that you can buy yourself for less than $100 on Amazon. He had the parts on his truck and it took him less than an hour to complete the job. He was trying to scare me into buying a whole new heating and cooling system.

Note: The company’s reply seems to be their go to response to any negative reviews. Suggest the reviewer’s complaints should be directed at some other company with a similar name, etc.. Some people prefer to post anonymously on the internet, for many good reasons. My review is accurate in every way.

If you have an older system, be careful. Companies like this will jack up the price estimates on simple repairs and then suggest it’s time to buy a whole new system. They’ll even try to scare you by saying that your system still might not work, even with the costly repair.

We had some waste lines replaced with them recently, which seemed to go well for about a week. The technician said that it may have pushed some gunk down the line during the repair which might require some snaking and he would come out and take care of that if we needed. This Saturday our waste lines backed sewage into our tub and we called All Seasons to come snake the line. It was a weekend, so we paid $150 for the technician to come out and $150 per hour on top of that. The technician came out, tried to snake the drain, and gave up after an hour and suggested that we call Roto Rooter. We still paid $300 and were unable to use our plumbing all weekend. It also seems we have a leak under our bathroom now and having another company come out to try to fix the issue today. Very frustrating experience.

All Seasons did the work in our new construction home a couple years ago. We recently had our ducts cleaned and a humidifier added to our system. All three gentlemen that came out were very polite and efficient. Highly recommend!

Short Version: Very poor customer service. All-Seasons HVAC does NOT stand behind their work. Installed my furnace incorrectly.

Lengthy Version:

I had a home built by TK Constructors in 2021, at which time they contracted out the HVAC to All-Seasons. After noticing that my propane gas furnace was using a very large amount of propane, and constantly cycling on I contacted both my gas company (County Gas) and All-Seasons.

County Gas checked for leaks outside on the tank and from the tank to the outdoor regulator. No leaks found. I contacted All-Seasons and spoke with their service manager Brody Doane. I explained the situation and received the response “Yeah, ok, what do you want me to do about it exactly?”. A little surprised at the borderline rude response I then asked if there were any chance that there could be a “setting, valve or switch” not installed correctly that could be causing this issue. I was grasping at straws but knew something wasn’t right. The response was “No, it wouldn’t be anything like that. It would’ve been checked out after it was installed.” Brody couldn’t have acted more uninterested if he had tried. So I decided to have a second and third opinion.

Commercial Service came out for a leak test and thorough inspection of the home but nothing was found but noted something couldn’t be right due to the amount of gas being consumed in such a mild couple months in an average sized home.

The 3rd technician is a friend who spotted the issue almost immediately once inside. He said “How much you wanna bet that 7-11 water column regulator isn’t set correctly?” (see attached pictures) Sure enough, my furnace system requires 11 water column to run efficiently and it was getting 7.57. He explained my furnace was working its butt off non-stop trying to keep up but it just couldn’t due the fact it wasn’t getting enough gas and instead was running constantly wasting gas trying to get to temp. It also then made sense to me why the air blowing out of the vents was almost cool (like a heat pumps would be) instead of warm.

All I asked for was a partial reimbursement of 1 tank fill up, as obviously I would’ve used some gas no matter what. I was told no. I was told they don’t provide any reimbursement for equipment malfunction that results in the use of more gas. That’s perfectly fine, it wasn’t a malfunction, it was an incorrect installation. They choose to not make it right so that’s on them but I would never use them in any capacity if they can’t admit a error and try to do the right thing, but that’s how it works these days.
