Belle Couperthwaite was our showroom consultant and she did a tremendous job helping us with our selections for plumbing fixtures, ceiling fans, lighting, and major appliances. She took the time to understand what our vision was with our custom build, and helped guide us to exactly what we envisioned. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Stephanie Wabnitz my Showroom Consultant at the Carmel Indiana location made my Master bath remodel a dream! Her assistance with all the fixtures needed as well as a soaking tub was very professional. The tub I had chosen turns out was to large once the bathroom progressed and when I contacted her she assisted me in returning the tub and sending me out a new one that was the correct size. We spent more than $25,000 on cabinets from Ferguson and this is the service we got... They installed kitchen cabinets that were two different colors and finishes. They came out to our house to verify that and ended up arguing with us and telling us they are the exact same. Take a look at these pictures... anyone can see that they are two different colors.

Having had a good experience several years ago when I purchased bath, kitchen and lighting for my whole-house renovation, I naturally came back this past month when I needed to replace my kitchen appliances. I made an appointment online and met with Nancy Boor on Monday, 09-20. All went well and she communicated with me two days later about ETA for the appliances. I subsequently left her THREE voice mails and sent one e-mail asking her to communicate with me. On at least one of these voice mails, I indicated I wanted to proceed with the order, despite the long wait-time. On my last e-mail I practically begged her to return my call. As of this date - 09-29 - I still have had no communication from her. Not even a 30-second voice mail. That is okay - I have now gone to one of your competitors and placed my $11K order. As as business owner, I know that one unhappy customer often results in at least 10 more after the first one tells all of his/her friends and acquaintances. Guess you do not need the business. Very, very, very disappointed in Fergusons.

My husband and I are having our kitchen completely renovated. Our designer recommended we check Ferguson’s out for our appliances. We own our own business for the last 40 years and worked until 2 today, Saturday, but went to look at appliances as soon as we left work. The two working at front desk were friendly and told us if we had questions they would get someone to help us. We had questions and they said a girl would be with us. When she came up to us, she’s asked what we were needing we explained that we were having a kitchen renovation and needed all new appliances. She asked when we would need them and we said not for 3-4 months for sure. She immediately said that would be almost impossible and that the best thing to to would be to try to use our old appliances until we could get new; that the color I mentioned could be up to 20 weeks; told me that if I didn’t know what brand I wanted I needed to go on the website. She acted like the last thing she wanted to do was talk to us about appliances. I asked if she had any brochures or anything to look at and he said no, we would have to go to their showroom or go online; she didn’t have the time to tell us anything. As I said we come from a business of 40 years, and if one of our employees, be it family member or otherwise, treated one of our customers like this, it wouldn’t be acceptable. I don’t really know what her problem was, but she couldn’t ever sell us anything at this point. If I could give a no star rating , I would! I will be letting out design person know this for future references. Very disappointed!

The showroom is GORGEOUS, Luke in Customer service is top notch. We purchased a Maxim chandelier few years ago and needed 13 new bulbs replaced in the foyer (16 feet hight). It is a tedious job working on a ladder that high and "Brandon" did a superb job. He was clean, put down drop clothes and maneuvered himself on the ladder which was a challenge up that high. Ferguson is the place for any kitchen or bath appliances, fixtures, lighting and decor.
