Overall

We've used Mr. Plumber twice so far (at the recommendation of many of my coworkers) and it was a great experience both times. Gene came out and did a sewer scope and walked me through all the details as he went along and all the possible ways to fix it without coming across as too sales focused. Jeff came out and checked out our plumbing and explained the different types of water softeners and filters, flushed our water heater, and answered our questions about dishwasher installation. Both guys were wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris did an outstanding job today replacing our backup pump. I am very happy with the response time, quality, neatness and the price can always be better, but you get what you pay for!

Fast and professional service, I'm one of their members and have used them multiple times for issues we have with our old house. They explain all the options and provide no-nonsense quotes, as well as warranty all their work. Thomas Maxwell was particularly good, going above and beyond to make sure our clogged kitchen drain was fixed.

I'm SO incredibly thankful for my experience w/ Jeff & the front desk lady (I'm truly sorry I forgot your name). I'm a single mother & I was really stressed about having to get a new hot water heater installed. However, I got my estimate & installation the very next day (after speaking to them). I could have made a same day appt. So nice & convenient. Anyway, Jeff contacted me 30 min. Before arriving to let me know he was on his way (& I mean, my window was 12-2 & he contacted me at like 11:30...he was RIGHT on time). I couldn't be at home at the time of service (I'm a traveling nurse) so he was incredibly attentive & understanding that I couldn't be on my phone much at work. I honestly can't thank him enough for that...it means a lot! He let me know everything I needed to know, got in & out & contacted me after for a few tips & we joked around a bit. So friendly & he is just an all around wonderful person to deal with during these hardship times. Jeff, if you read this, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! I'm sorry I didn't meet you in person.
OH, & Jeff even let me know that I had a package delivered that was a refrigerated package. How sweet!
Highly recommend him/them.

Upon scheduling my appointment I was told to expect the service person between 10:00am-12:00noon. When he hadn’t arrived by 12:30 I called Mr Plumber to find out what was going on, only to be told that the Service Person was still on another job.
He finally arrived around 1:30 pm or maybe later. He apologized for being late, but the there was no apology from the scheduler when I called to inquire about the situation.
As for the technician he was very polite and apologetic and I must say he and his concern was much appreciated.

We had an unexpected water leak and called around to see who would be available on a Sunday. Mr. Plumber - Indy to the rescue! Jon F. showed up and effectively troubleshot the issue. He fixed the pipe and did a test to see if the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, there was a bigger issue that required a jackhammer. He talked us through the issue and process, explained payment options, put a referral in for a restoration company, and said he would have another team come on Monday.

Jason and Chuck were easy to work with and finished the job within 5 hours! Cleaned up and provided us with paperwork that we will turn into our insurance company.

Mr. Plumber was fast, friendly, efficient, and professional! I will definitely use them again!

I’m kinda new to being a first time home owner. That being said I had issues with my main sewer line. I reached out to your company and you guys have been absolutely amazing to me in every way. Everyone that has came out has been extremely supportive, respectful and professional. The guys that have helped me have done outstanding work and they have been extremely helpful explaining everything step by step and how everything works. Excellent plumbing service!

Last July, my approximately 10 year old water heater developed a leak. I made the call to Mr Plumber, and was able to get an inspection a few days later. Upon inspection and not surprisingly, it was determined that a replacement was needed. The inspection tech was able to arrange a replacement the same day. A few hours later, a couple other techs got to work. The old water heater was drained then removed, and a new one put in within a couple hours.

Responsive and very professional! Work was all done in reasonable time and cost! Highly recommended!
