I had a headlight bracket on an old 85' Honda Rebel that wasn't made anymore, it had broke and I couldn't find a replacement so I called up these guys and they fixed it the same day.

Every other place I called up said i'd have to leave my Rebel there which wasn't an option because its my only vehicle.

When I arrived I immediately felt right at home. Their shop which may have no been clean, didn't matter to me. I knew they enjoyed what they did and that they were great at it.

I will DEfINATELY come again next time I have need of their welding services.

I had a new stronger bumper welded to the back of my new camper to replace the cheap weak one that comes with campers now a days and ace welding done a great job and even made some better improvements to add more strength. very pleased and will be returning for any future welding needs.

Contrary to the other review, I had a very simple weld job; about as easy as it gets. Weld a bung on a pipe. Finished it in 24 hours at a reasonable price. I'm a happy customer whom will return.

it was hard to tell if the person who wandered into the office to greet me actually worked there. I found the experience unprofessional, and felt that they weren't interested in my small job, an extension of the luggage carrier on my scooter. He tried to dissuade me with many excuses, and some totally WRONG facts, such as that a gallon of gas weighed 8 pounds...when i corrected him that it was 6.2 pounds, has answer was "liquid is liquid"....what a lot of bull. That, combined with his lack of imagination and apparent inability to conceive (or even try to) of what i actually wanted, totally turned me off. But what can you expect from a small business in a small town. Definitely turned me off, and Ace will never be my choice for any welding job.

My beloved 93 Nissan 240SX and I have been together for almost 13 years now, and at well over 250K miles (all of them here in Indiana), she's been showing her age.

My frame rails have been rusting out for a while now, and got to the point where simply jacking the car up to change the oil would compress the rusty metal like an accordion.

I stopped by Ace Welding to get an estimate and spoke with John, who scheduled me for later that week. I dropped the car off and less than 24 hours later, the job was done. John and his crew took the time to do the job right, cutting out the worst of the rust and then cutting steel to match the contours of my car's underbody, which they then welded together and painted. The job looks great, with very clean welding and not a touch of rust to be seen.

There's nothing i would change about the job. The workmanship is high quality, the price was fair, and the job was done quite quickly, so Ace Welding gets a perfect score from me!
