One of my builder’s vendors. Would not recommend working with Tim Owen. He helped me choose my stone and it is literally the worst component of my house. In multiple conversations, he was consistently irritated and seemed bothered every time questions were asked. As his younger associate said, “Tim can be that way.” Obviously, he talks to my builder differently. He just needs to retire.

Rep had no interest in helping me with what I was looking for. Expressed that my ideas were no longer "in". She had her own agenda and stuck to it hardcore then pushed me out the door with samples I knew I didn't want. Do not recommend speaking to a rep... Look on your own if you have an idea of what you are looking for. There are many beautiful options but maybe the service is a bit "outdated".

I shopped here once and they were less then helpful. I got the feeling my project wasn't big enough to hold their interest. The designer I was working with paid more attention to other clients, as they came in the door, despite the fact I had an appointment. I am now starting a new project and I called to get ask them to email me a list of installers that they recommend and was told I could come in and get the list. Great customer service. I called one of their competitors and they were more than happy to email over a list of installers. That is two strikes....I won't be going back!!!
