Came in inspected my 3 yr old unit , claim they found a leak… then had a second company come out and try to find the same leak but could not . They were pushing for a whole ac replacement and a new duct work as well. Very dishonest and pushy

Had an emergency plumbing fix. First and foremost I am thankful that the job has been complete; however, professionalism was severely lacking. The project cost just shy of $15,000. Leaving dirt from what they had to dig up, not hooking up washer and dryer, an outlet they installed from my furnace blew a fuse, leaving wires all over the place instead of making it tidy like it should look. This project already left me and my family in desperate need of this to all get completed. I know had to call another plumber to get it all fixed correctly.

We got up this morning 1/13/24 our furnace wasn't running. My husband found your company on Google. Jackson was here by 11:00, he did a through inspection on the furnace. Was 100% honest with his findings.
What an employee you have in him.
He called Daniel to come and talk to us about our options. Daniel was also as kind and honest advance. So Monday we will be having a new furnace installed. If I had to rate Jackson & Daniel on a 1-10scale. They both are a 20.

Sean and Austin did great work today! Now I don’t know much about heating and air conditioning but they explained everything so I could understand. They cleaned up completely after they left and went through all the new installed items! I appreciated their attention to detail and they finished timely! Now we have Air! Thanks a million!
