Bee honors their warranty. We purchased our windows in 1999 and they have been excellent quality windows. Recently the seal broke on one of them and I called and talked with Taylor, who took prompt care to have our window repaired. They were able to replace the glass on site and it looks brand new again all at no cost to us. All was taken care of quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the care, attention, and service we received. Thank You!

Wonderful people to work with and all appeared to love their company. Friendly and fast! We had 14 long direct set windows, 5 crank casements installed that framed out to match our wood almost exactly! We also had 9 sliders installed making our three season room my new “she-cave”. We have already started seeing a difference in our cooling bill. The one ‘snag’ was corrected with very little delay. No mess!!! Hint: Get the bronze wrap, it’s very nice and gave our 60’s home a face lift!!

I would not recommend Bee Window. We were scheduled for a 3 day install and they were done in 2 days. They cut corners when they installed our windows. We had horrible drafts and a bug problem after our windows were installed. We had them come out to fix it multiple times and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the windows. I found they did not caulk properly. We also had drafts so bad they blew out flames. Again, techs came out and said there was nothing they could do about it. They finally sent a lead tech out to look and he found they did not put foam insulation in when they installed the windows. Our windows were not installed properly! Bee replaced half our windows and they will not be replacing any more. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We had our new windows and sliding patio door replaced yesterday 4/15/24. And WOW what a great difference this made to our humble home. The installation team was fantastic (Dan, Mike & Chris) worked very well together. The job site was cleaned up after the job was done. This business was very professional from start to finish and everyone involved from the first phone call to the salesman (Zach). We had 9 windows and a Sliding Patio door installed and even though the company scheduled a day and half for installation it only took 1 day about 6 hours. Anyone looking to upgrade windows or doors I definitely would recommend calling Bee. One other thing to consider is Bee has their own installers they don’t contract outside the company. So the better the job that they do directly reflects onto the company. These are just some pictures of our new windows but all of them are just as great as these are.
