The team at Distinctive Kitchen and Bath was wonderful to work with . We had a complete master bath remodel and the results exceeded our expectations . Allyson was so helpful and made the whole process smooth and seamless . We highly recommend!

Very Disapointed.!!
We had an "in home" estimate done for a future project at apx. $5000+
to be done this year, I had a 2nd estimate done for other things in the same home. this estimate was accepted at a price with a “as soon as possible” time frame, great.!! I have called Chris Alspach now 5 times since December & have apx $10k in work for him. I have been reassured I was going on the schedule, We have postponed other related projects waiting on Chris. So, 6 e-mail, 5 phone calls, a few text messages. He Does NOT return E-mail..??
So he is now too busy to do our project as he sayes is booked out.
Why not tell me this 3 months back and not lead us on,
I could finished all of the projects by now and had a clean home.
It feels as though I have worked with someone irresponsible, have been disrespected and our valuable time wasted.
My wife Is un happy with me also… (A mess in the entry of our home for everyone to see)
Thank you Chris for delaying a project and your dishonesty about the timeline.
I hope your future customers understand your up front impression does not match your work ethics.
I am a Business owner, this is not an acceptable business practice.
