Not only was the company quick to schedule the appointment, but they were honest about the quality of my water. I had explained that another company told me that my water softeners must not be working after they tested the water, so the technician tested the water and told me that there was nothing wrong with my water. He had the perfect opportunity to try to sell me something that I didn’t need, but instead, he was honest. This is a great company! Thank you for having Integrity!

We had a clogged floor drain upstairs which was dripping through to the downstairs at 10 PM. A real person answered the phone and a few minutes later a plumber called back and we discussed the problem. It was the drain which the A/C was draining into. By shutting off the A/C overnight, the dripping stopped which allowed Mr. Plumber to come at 9 AM the next morning.

The plumber professionally assessed the situation and explained what he was going to do in clearing the drain. After snaking the drain for a few minutes, it was clear and working fine again. They charged their $93 Drain Clearing promotion price and the problem was solved and it was a win-win for everyone.

I've used their sister company Williams Comfort Air for 15 years and give them 5 stars as well. Both companies are have amazing customer service with reasonable, cost-effective solutions to get you back on track.

Had a clogged drain on a Thursday after 6p, and went to Mr Plumber website. Very simple process to request service and they called within 15 minutes. I scheduled a plumber for the next morning and Jonathan and Brady were at my door first thing. They were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and effective. Drain was quickly cleared and they communicated in plain English regarding possible causes and potential next steps. In my experience, Mr plumber sets the standard for professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Plumber for the installation of a sump pump and an ejector pump at my home, and I am thoroughly impressed with their service! From the initial consultation to the installation, every team member was incredibly helpful and knew exactly how to address my needs.

Seth Kelso, a technician from Mr. Plumber, also visited as part of their ongoing maintenance contract to inspect our whole house. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the visit. He not only provided excellent service but also took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and was extremely pleasant to chat with.

It's rare to find a company that combines such high levels of customer service and technical expertise. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and the peace of mind it has brought me. Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber well deserves a five star rating. We had a plumbing emergency, and they were able to squeeze us into their tight schedule to resolve this critical issue. The staff and service technicians were very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They were very through in analyzing the problem and providing a long term solution. Their rates are reasonable, and they really put their clients interest as a first priority. A 5 star plus organization!
