Just installed the Elfa system we got from them in our pantry, mudroom, entry and linen closet. The drawers are fantastic on them and the design consultation was excellent.

Me and my mom went in to find some containers for my room. She doesn’t speak a lot of English since our first language is Spanish. Once the staff noticed us speaking in our first language we were followed and supervised for a while once we began to look around. I should have expected that from such a non-diverse crew. It feels awful to feel how poor the culture in the city gets once you start wondering away from downtown Indy.

If you have never been to a Container store I highly recommend it. They aren't the cheapest option but they have premium options. Very friendly staff and stocked all the time.

We recently used Container Store to purchase a closet system. Prior to the purchase, we met with Hanna. She was excellent and helped us design a closet system that would work for us. No “selling” involved, just education and walk through of the available options. After our purchase, we did find that our order was missing a few items so we had to go back in store to swap a few things and get the remaining items. Jeremy was extremely helpful in processing this at the moment we came in, versus telling us to just call into customer service. There was another lady that helped us with processing the swap, return, and fulfillment of missed items, but we didn’t catch her name.

Overall, an amazing experience and part of the reason we continue to return to The Container Store. It may be premium prices for some things, but the quality of items and proactive service keeps us coming back. Well done team, appreciate your help!

I've worked here in the past and the customer service has extremely changed. I was not greeted until the end and was told that 15 mins before closing they are trying to end their evening. Peggy was extremely unprofessional with informing us that the store was closing. Nine is when you close and yes I understand that Peggy however you do not need to be rude while informing us in that way. I get you want us to leave but you don’t need to say “You need to leave, our store is closed now” at exactly 9pm. That outstanding staff that I once knew is gone. I do not recommend coming to this store, diving to the closed one in the next state is more worth it.
