We contracted Barton Pools to remodel our community pool and are very pleased with our results.
The project began last fall and completed in May for our opening Memorial Day weekend.
Many thanks to Mike for articulating each phase of our project.
They replaced the concrete decking, coping, skimmer boxes, as well as replacing piping as needed. Also added steps in the shallow end of the main pool. Repaired cracks in the walls, installed new tile and re-plastered the main and wader pools.
Our community is very happy with our brand new look for our pool.
Mike, Eric and Jeff are a great team and were very thorough and helpful.
The working crews also deserve credit for their hard work.
I would recommend Barton for all phases of pool construction and repair.

It’s not often you find a company who’s quality customer service matches quality work and craftsmanship. Barton pool company simply exceeded our expectations. We wanted the highest quality possible, within a timeframe we needed to meet, and Barton pool came through 100%. There were issues with our liner which was sourced from a different company. Barton Pools handled this issue internally without us even having to make a single phone call and got the problem resolved promptly, finishing the job well within our time frame. Every single employee was kind, trustworthy, and a master of their craft when it came to their work. We can not say enough good things about Barton Pool company, and we are so thankful to be able to confide in this team of people. 5 STARS!!!!!!!

We found out we had a crack in our old fiberglass steps and needed a liner replacement to fix the issue. We went with Barton Pool company and we are incredibly happy with the results. Jeff the owner of the company and his crew went above and beyond to get our pool looking better than it ever has before! They completely renovated our steps so we would not have the same problem in the future. We went with steel steps overlayed with the liner. They applied foam on the steps underneath the liner (so it’s soft if you wanted to sit on the steps), they added a new diving board and two water fountain features. Before installing the liner they noticed that the concrete underneath the pool wasn’t completely level and smooth so they took the time to perfect this instead of rushing the job. You can not go wrong with this company. If you are looking for a company who will go the extra mile and do it right the first time go with Barton Pool Company!

I have never been personally compelled to leave a review, but...

After we bought our house a year and a half ago, we called every pool company in the Indy area last year to tackle needed repairs to the old pool that came with it. Almost every company either never returned our calls, never followed up on quotes, or just said they weren't interested in helping us. Barton Pools went above and beyond to be responsive and explain in detail why it wasn't going to be possible to repair. They didn't try and sell us on a new pool, but gave us options and we ultimately just "bit the bullet". It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. He completely understood that this was the largest non-house purchase I will probably ever make in my lifetime. He did everything possible to help us within our budget and was always available for questions and concerns. The end result came out fantastic and we could not be happier. Thanks again Barton Pools and Mike!

Barton Pool Company has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. They built our pool exactly how we wanted it and helped us make solid decisions so we got the most for our money. We had a few issues arise during the process, Barton was always receptive and quickly able to address any issues. Putting in the pool is the third best decision I’ve ever made …..my relationship with my significant other and my child being the first two. I only regret not doing this sooner. Thank you, Barton!

Can’t say enough good things about Barton. As a first time pool owner, we were clueless. From the first interaction they were amazing. Kris answered some questions and gave us his cell and said to contact him any time we had a question. And he wasn’t kidding. He is so responsive. Answered questions by text and then came out to the house after the opening to make sure we were on track. He follows up just to check in. Makes sure we have everything we need. And the service doesn’t stop there. The girls in the office are awesome too. So friendly and very helpful. These guys take their customer service to a whole new level and have far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them. Our pool speaks for itself!

Worked with Barton in April 2018. Extensive repairs needed, as previous owners self made a pool of metal we discovered (!?). New concrete walls and plaster placed, with new tile and coping. The cost was significant and we felt confident in the team and initially beautiful. However, starting in 2020-2021, the plaster began to erode, leaving a blue color beneath and then concrete. Despite close monitoring of the chemicals and balancing, they advised this must be our fault and warranty honors all work only for 1 year, and would not stand by their work. We are now needing to fully repair the inside of the pool and plaster 4 years later. Plaster specialist locally states he is quite perplexed at the work and states it was not done correctly, there is a blue layer beneath the white which is not standard or advised. The cost is quite significant, yet again.
Barton’s team was great to work with at the time, and created a truly wonderful pool, but would not stand by their work just a couple years after. We have another very large bill we had hoped wouldn’t be needed for quite some time. Would not recommend for any plaster/in ground work specifically. Advise finding a true specialist for your pool if this is the kind you have.
