Purchased expensive solid surface shower and countertop in my bathroom from them a couple of years ago. Spent close to $10000. The solid surface sink began to show cracks less than two years later. Called to ask for help with this issue and the owner would not fix the problem. Don’t do business with these people. Great while selling to you, but they do not back up their work.

Not true. You set no appointment with me. Even though my sales receipt says NuKitchen, you told me it was not your responsibility because you had only recently bought the business. When you buy a business, you buy the responsibility of the warranties for that business.

UPDATE
Thanks Randy! After a lengthy wait from the manufacturer for a new sink, which was not the fault of NuKitchen, my cracking bathroom sink was replaced and is beautiful. Thanks so much Randy for fixing the problem! Definitely would recommend NuKitchen in the future.

We had our kitchen remodeled. The communication between NU Kitchen with my contractor was horrible. The stains for the panels were different. The counter tops came at 9pm to install. And they installed the wrong sink and said there was no record of it. That was after being late on delivery and they had to come back another two more times. The doors weren't lining up. I ended up doing it after the owner told me there was nothing else he could do. Started sending me text asking about paying my invoice when he never sent me the final invoice. Sold me on customer service and reassured me on the product and installation. Didn't happen. Was anything but.

Very bad experience thus far. Cabinets arrived and so contractor started demolishing and removing my old cabinets. Contractor was getting ready to install new cabinets and turned out a) Nu kitchens had not ordered the countertop when they ordered the cabinets and b) they had measured and ordered some wrong sized cabinets. Upper and lower cabinets between the stove and refrigerator were supposed to be 24 inch and I ended up with 36 inch. There was now an additional month lead time on the countertops and cabinets. I have been without a fully functioning kitchen since mid December which has been awful as I had family visiting over the holidays. In addition this really messed up my contractors work schedule. As of January 8th the cabinets are still not here. I decided to buy the countertop on my own from Lowes as I could a) get it faster and b) the EXACT same countertop was $500 cheaper than what Nu Kitchens had quoted me. Even though the countertop and 24 inch cabinets are not here my contractor started installing some of the upper cabinets. Every single cabinet has multiple dents, chips, black marks, painted over "bumps" and even uneven gaps between the doors. I cannot believe this. I paid $7500 for these "premium quality" cabinets for a tiny galley kitchen and they are junk. I am sick of being without a kitchen. At this point I just want them to take their cabinets away, give me my money back and I'll go buy a set of cabinets from Menards or Ikea for a 1/4 of the price - $2,000 versus $7,500. Just an awful experience so far.
