Our fence was installed in 2017. After a few years, several boards(12+)have become warped. I have been calling for over 3 years+ and no one has fixed a single one. The guy said he tried to get guys to my house to fix my fence, but they probably wouldn't show up...... yeah, several years later and 15+ phone calls. Not a single thing has been done to fix our fence. That we paid over 5K for. Plus, staining was over 1K.
Now all the replacement boards aren't going to match and look stupid af. But it's better than missing boards.
I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I got a shadow box fence installed in 2015. The experience back then was okay, but they were definitely more costly. When I tried to negotiate the price, they said they used quality materials and provided long-term repair service for any future damage and so they could not reduce the price, which was acceptable. Fast forward 5 years, many of the fence pieces started warping and nails were coming off. To prevent any major damage in the future, I called Blue's fence again to fix the issues. They came out right away, looked at the damage, but never got back to me with a repair estimate. I called them back in 2 months to see what was going on and they promised to get back to me ASAP. But again no response for 3-4 months. Unfortunately, last night...high wind blew of the part of the fence that I was trying to get repaired from Blue's fence. This damage was completely avoidable if Blue's fence would have provided a fast repair service. When I called them again today, they told me that I will have to wait for few more days before they can come out and assess the avoidable damage. After this experience I am moving on to other company for doing the repairs.

Called 3 times and left 3 voice-mails in the last 3 weeks. I even tried calling 3 months ago... Nothing. If they don't even return a call-back for a potential quote, imagine trying to get something from them when things go sour. I'm seriously going to begin getting a general contractors license because this town is in some serious need of good contractors.

Blue's has made some changes in management and have improved their service. So while some of the negative reviews of the past are probably accurate, I think they have fixed the problem. They came out and fixed my fence two days ago. Did a great job at a fair price. I am happy and I would hire them again.

They did a great job in the install. Workers were very kind and professional over all. The one major issue that we had was with communication. They are a small business and were down one crew. They installed our posts on time, but took a little longer to get the rest of the fence done. Overall we are very happy, but would suggest improving in communication about plans when there are issues. I would use them in the future for our next fence project.
