The salesmen that came to the house was great, no nonsense, didn’t waste my time. He measured gave me all the information I needed and left me with a quote. I called the next week and scheduled an installation date and made a down payment. Danielle in the office is amazing. Very friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. On the day of installation, Randy was fabulous. He was able to get all 10 windows installed in about 4 hours with all the inside work done. He cleaned up his mess and left the outside clean as well. The install took two days and luckily the second day it wasn’t as hot. The outside work took a little longer but besides new windows you wouldn’t have known any work was done. I highly recommend Window World.

Will not honor warranty work. Told me my windows that leak would be replaced almost a year ago. And still haven't replaced them.

12/10/23 They finally called because they "found my sash while doing inventory " They came and installed the new sash. But damaged the sliding window, to the point it won't lock and window won't seal. Now I have a draft in the middle of winter, as I wait for another window.

11/13/23 This company still has made zero effort to do warranty work. They have been letting my replacement windows sit and collect dust.

Edit now 9/14/23, windows under warranty still haven't been replaced.
I will update monthly.

10/14/23 and still no communication on replacing windows under warranty

We were quoted $35,000 for new casement windows through a different company before having window world out. They offered double hung for a cheaper price. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait and save up for casement because it literally snowed through one of our windows last year. The new windows were a FRACTION of the cost of our first quote. They were installed today and we are SO HAPPY. After almost 2 years in this house I can FINALLY open our windows. I’m so excited. I’m horrible with names & can’t remember who helped us or installed them and didn’t see any names on our paperwork but they did an amazing job. I will always recommend window world!
