The electrician came out on time. He was prepared. He had all the parts he needed to fix the issue at hand. He was very friendly. He explained to me what he was going to do before he did it. Then he went to the truck and got the parts he needed. Then he stood there and fixed the entire issue. It took him maybe two hours to replace the whole breaker box. He did not make a mess. He was not inappropriate. He was very encouraging very honest. This man is a man that makes you want to be his friend; not only that but he did a good job. He told me how much the job was going to be before he did it then he charged me that much. Support this small business we need more like it. Honest, Punctual, Reliable, Professional, Friendly.

Integrity - is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles - and was the first and last impression of Austin & Roy for a job well done!
I had called other Electrical Services prior, consistently being put off, or worse....a 3 month leadtime? Amazingly, called Austin -which the following day they came out and quoted me a fair price, and within the next week completed my relocation of service in half a day! An eye for detail, some would call a perfectionist, being Detail Driven, all the while most Personable and Friendly...taken the time to explain all the steps being done. Humility at best! I will not hesitate to recommend Austin with others in need of Great, Quality Service!

My hopes were high after initially speaking with Austin the first time from all wire he seemed prompt and professional to go take a look at an electrical issue I was having at my rental. The next day after replacing the panel box I was willing to overlook the $400 increase from the original quote, the lack of payment options for cards, the discrepancies in his quotes and the fact he left before I thought the job was finished. When they left 2 lights were not working they came back checked them and said there’s power to the light switch. They left again and two more lights went out after replacing all 4 lights two were still inoperable. I messaged Austin and he said they would be there the next day which was a Thursday. Thursday came and went without any word from him, Thursday night I reached back out to him where he assured me they would be back 7:30 the next morning at 9:30 I messaged Austin again and tried calling him he text me back and said he would be there in 2-3 hours maximum and I never heard back from him after being set up 3 times. I thought Austin was a stand up guy after talking with him but unfortunately he’s nothing but lied to me after initially “completing the job he promised all his work would be under warranty but I can’t get him to come back out and check his work.
