We got a new liner and new sand in our filter installed in 2022 and upon opening our pool in 2024 the liner was separating from the wall, ripples on the pool floor and along the walls, gallons of water was found behind the liner, sand on the floor of our pool. Carribean has no Warrantee to cover their poor workmanship, poor quality of work, nor are they willing to acknowledge any wrong doing of such poor work. I communicated my concern with Carribean and they stuck by their original response of ground water it’s the cause, no fault of Carribean. They sent out service technicians. 1. They destroyed the drive on my automatic cover and left it in pieces. Broken cords, cover left open because I didn’t want them to do anymore damage. 2. They claimed to have spend 4 hours pumping water from being liner which I noticed no difference from when they initially got there. I bought 2way pump myself and it took me 1 hour to pump water and reattached our own liner. With Carribean Pools, a person learn how to do the work Themselves!!! Horrible Experience with Carribean Pools. And to this day they haven’t shown any attempt to fix or rectify the problem or issue.

The Caribbean team is amazing! I called Friday and they came Saturday morning for an emergency visit. Paul was professional, friendly and thorough. It was early on the weekend and he was a pleasure to work with!

I love Caribbean Pools mostly because of the people who work there. Every one of the employees that I have had contact with has been kind, hard working and helpful. Yesterday Joshua B. came to our pool for a chem check. My husband was at work and I had a frog in our hot tub and a chipmunk in our skimmer basket. I told him about it and he volunteered to get both animals of our pool and hot tub. I am so grateful to Joshua B. for helping me . It wasn't part of his job but, he did it to help me.

They build my pool 2 years ago it was monday when they started,first thing they did bobcat operator hit my flag pole I think he was on high or hangover.All workers and office staff especially managers are rude,not responding for phone calls,acting like they doing you mercy you paying them 70k to build your pool.My pool pump stop working is under warranty I called them 5-3 business days to come fix itOnly person was professional is Paull Bell salesman.Not recommending this company for anyone.5 minutes after finished pool asking for check but not fixed all issues they damaged on my property,very poor service

Caribbean Pool installed my pool ten years ago and have been my annual maintenance provider ever since. They are professional and loyal to their customers. I had a pretty big issue over the weekend. They had someone there to keep the pool operational within hours and were out that Monday to fix the issue permanently. There are not too many companies that can react that quickly. First class operation.

I thought with the amount of money I have paid them that it would eliminate some stress (just today I paid 300$ for 20 min of labor for them to drill holes in my main drain basket. A total of 9k for 2 months). But they caused me a lot of stress and frustration. So many people working there. Different people saying different things to me about the same issue or even the same person saying different things about an issue. Lauren, Taylor, Alisha and Wendy for example all spoke to me about the holes in the main drain basket being completed. 4 people for one thing all saying different things.
They behave as though I should be in debt to them and how dare I complain to them because they have the power to end services. Which they just did. All because I complained about several on going issues. I’m allowed to complain and verbalize my concerns in an appropriate manner. Instead of seeing how they can make things better on their end with me speaking to 4 different people about one issue, they thought it was better to just end services for this newly single mama of twins. It’s a Friday and I have to magically find someone else to take over cleaning and balancing my 45k gallon pool and find someone to close it. No one will take over maintenance this late in the season and I’m being forced to close the pool. My kids are devastated. They treated me like an idiot and a nuisance consistently, except for Wendy. You can’t silence this brown woman. I’m never rude nor am I aggressive. But I won’t stay quiet when there are on going issues. It doesn’t make me difficult or crazy. It makes me assertive and able to advocate for myself. I can’t live in fear that if I say the wrong thing Alisha will cut off my services. I won’t teach my daughters to live that way either.

Bought a 30.00 gasket that didn’t fit correctly at the store in mokena. Had to have a service person from another pool company come out. He oul t get it to work and said it was wrong one. He fixed with what he had in his van. Tried to return gasket….but because I was a couple weeks outside their 14 days; They would not return. The worst part was the attitude of the girl at the store. Lost my business forever over a gasket! Sad business decision!

You do have our numbers and you could’ve resolved this issue professionally. You act like a child who throws a tantrum when there’s an issue with a customer. It’s actually very comical. I did not opt to open with chemicals, you chose that on your own behalf and I was never asked or given an option in our emails. apparently you don’t care about your customers so that much you’re willing to drop them over these issues. I see this is your mode of operation per others 1 star reviews Also thank you so much for NOT reaching out personally to address any issues. Shows your professionalism. Raise their prices every year for labor work of opening and closing. Also just received a call saying we owe money bc our filter was leaking when they were the ones to close and open the pool AND the woman on the phone was rude. She was silent for some time and I thought we got disconnected so I said “hello” and her response was “I was going to answer you in a second I had to look something up” ok then say “one moment please. Then told my husband I hung up on her. Which I didn’t but now looking back I would love to have done just that.
