Koehler suggested I call B&W when two other plumbers could not figure out why I could not get cold water with all new parts. Plumber Dave did it! He took the new valve assembly apart and found a plastic stop. When this was removed, I had cold water! The valve initially had 270 degrees of turn. Now well over 360 degrees. Not exactly like new, but it now works.

When the water from the faucet was not getting hot I checked my water heater and discovered it was leaking water. I called B&W that morning and got an appointment for later that afternoon. When the technicians arrived they assessed the problem and determined the water heater had failed and needed to be replaced. A new water heater was ordered and installed the same day. The technicians were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I have used B&W throughout the years and I have never been disappointed with the service I have received. Thank you B&W for your excellent customer service and always being there when I need you. Keep up the good work! B&W ROCKS ?

Great company you can trust. A friend recommended them and I was very impressed with their service. DW and Justin were friendly, professional, and efficient.

I was using B&W for the first time to fix a leak with my water heater. I wanted a second opinion after being told by another plumber I needed a new water heater and if they did do a repair instead, it would be about $800!!

Well, B&W fixed it in less than one hour and charged me only $273.22!

I highly recommend B&W and I am considering signing up for one of their maintenance plans. I will definitely be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Really great services. They wasn't sure at the time of the issues that I had running a line through a sub floor kitchen through the basement and located the water line. The time it took was worth the time. I have B&W for all my plumbing issues and I wouldn't ever call any other companies. What I had to pay was I was satisfied with the amount payment.

Dani and his partner were professional, courteous, and very informative about our electrical problem. They repaired and replaced an outlet that had burned due to the lack of due diligence on the part of installation of said outlet by electricians of the previous owners. Dani and his partner then went on to check other outlets installed by the unmentioned other people. Price reflected the professional work completed and our peace of mind. Thanks guys.
