Make sure you ABSOLUTELY have a problem if you let them in the door. Our AC has an annoying squeak, which of course I could not recreate after they showed up. They spent 10 minutes pushing on ducting with 2x4's and then charged me $200. It's my fault for letting them in but I also thought there was a chance they would say, "here's a small fee ($50-$100) for today, if it happens again give us a call". They were nice guys, they just chose short term gain over long term business, nothing illegal about it.

One technician in particular went above and beyond by looking up the warranty on our water heater. He noticed some early signs of rust and made a note of it, so we can keep an eye on it before it goes out of warranty. It's this kind of attention to detail that sets Ball Heating and Air Conditioning apart. The technician was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. He was patient and answered all of our questions with a smile. It's always a pleasure to have a friendly technician who truly cares about their work. I was also impressed with their commitment to customer service through their Preferred Customer Service program. They made sure to schedule a reminder for Jay, the owner, to call me in the Spring for maintenance. It's great to know that they prioritize keeping our HVAC system running smoothly and efficiently. Jay the owner came out to the house first thing this morning and personally addressed the issues we were having with the installation and apologized for miscommunications we were having. He also offered to come back out anytime and explain the how the furnace and thermostat communicate, and demonstrated that the equipment was working properly.
