Mark came out to fix our leaking refrigerator. He was punctual, communicative, friendly and reasonably priced. I always prefer to use a family owned business over a big conglomerate business. He will always get our business!

Started off just fine …. Super nice came over next day to fix my dryer. Replaced a bearing and charged me $200. The next time we used the dryer it was making an awful sound . Called them back and got someone who was covering for them I guess. Anyway text the owner and he said the sound I’m hearing is different and has nothing to do with the repair he just made ….. coincidence? I think not!!…. Anyway he refused to come look at it unless I paid for another trip and told me if I had a problem with it to file a claim ???. Unreal!!!

Mark is fantastic. Diagnosed problem, ordered parts, and replaced. Turns out the washing machine had an additional problem with the transmission. Was going to be an additional $400 and Mark recommend not repairing it. Refunded already paid price back to diagnostic fee. Fair, reliable, and honest. Will definitely call again if I have any further washing machine repairs.
