We were really happy with the entire process of our master bathroom remodel.
Our installer, Sean Ireland, was extremely professional. Sean's attention to detail in his craft was very impressive and appreciated in our project.
He did not hesitate to verify design and function aspects of the install throughout the process. He was respectful of our home, keeping his work areas clean and was pleasant with our dogs who thought he was there everyday to visit them.

Review update: since the initial review Jericho has partnered with us to fix our shower. We are very pleased with the final product and repaired relationship. Would recommend this company and be sure to ask for Mindy if you have any concerns.

Jericho installed a new shower and after 3 years the floor/shower pan has fallen through. Jericho admitted it was done incorrectly upon an inspection (in which they charged $250 to come inspect) but has now stated that they only offer a 1 year workmanship warranty. They also stated that since I’m not the original home owner the warranty doesn’t transfer. So what is it? A one year warranty or a transfer issue or you don’t want to handle your at fault issue. So if you choose to use Jericho just know if they build/install incorrectly and use incorrect parts you only have a year for it to go bad to be under warranty. I would not recommend this company.

Everyone was fabulous, starting with Lance at the home show. Zac Carlton was so helpful in the selection process and preparation for the remodel. Gio and Josh were great during the installation process. They were especially wonderful and understanding since I am not comfortable with people in my home and I have 2 dogs that needed to be safe and happy during the process. Finally, Preston Jamison took so much time making sure all went well and that I was happy with the whole process. Zac and Lance thanks for bringing the infamous purple tulips. A phenomenal company with amazing employees doing very high quality work! We came to Jericho for our master bath full remodel after having another contractor do a smaller bath. The difference in employee and work quality was immense between the two companies. From our first sales contact with a Jericho designer we knew we had found a company we could fully trust with our home. Once we signed our contract and met our Project Manager Jim, the experience got even better. He was friendly, talented and dedicated to meeting our every need. Jim introduced us to Adam, the most talented installer we had ever met. Adam is truly an artist. He was in our home nearly every day throughout the several weeks of our project and quickly became an honorary, temporary family member. Adam gave us a truly beautiful master bath. Another area where Jericho really excelled was in the depth of their talent pool. Jim and Adam worked closely with a number of people back in their main shop on the aspects of our job that couldn’t be fabricated in our home. That group did the highest quality work as well. We couldn’t be happier with our completed master bath! We highly recommend Jericho to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodel.

Reviews might be a little more meaningful if they were consistently completed by those using Jericho services as opposed to employees pumping your rating by engaging their extended family to give 5-star ratings. Better take care of Shawn, sounds like he's the best employee you have. Also find it somewhat comical how Jericho dumps on other contractors about poor quality, poor workmanship, etc. Have you guys looked at the details of your own reviews?

Jericho did an amazing job remodeling our master bath shower; everyone was very professional. The process started with Zac going through the design, material, colors and cost. Next, Preston took us through the start to finish on the project. He spent time discussing all of the key points of the project, timeline, and his team. He provided expert feedback on all of our questions and concerns. He did an excellent job managing the project from start to finish. Preston brought in Gary for the installation. I am not sure if you have met Gary, but to us, he is Gary the Great! Gary took all the design ideas, material, and crafted them into an amazing finished product. Our Jericho team was outstanding! They were professional, talented, trusting, timely, patient, and most of all they cared just as much for our project as if it were their own dream they were building. We loved that they were "all inclusive". Chad helped us (well held our hand essentially) get us started with the design assisting us with the many decisions that had to be made. Brandon was able to take our vision and draw it up on paper. Once the project was turned over to our contractor Jim the project was nothing short of perfection. He kept everything moving along, making sure things were done right and in a timely manner. Last, but not least the guy who took the dream from paper to reality, Gio! Talented, attentive to every detail and he did not take one shortcut.
We also appreciated that once our project was done Jericho sent out a Customer Relations Specialist to make sure we were satisfied with the service they provided. A shout out to Casey!

Jericho handled a partial kitchen remodel for us. They installed granite countertops, tile backsplash, a new sink, sink hardware, and ran undercabinet strip LED lighting. In addition, they took my drawings and created a custom granite island, and they placed a granite top on an old desk to help us convert it to a coffee bar. I am extremely happy with the master bath remodel that Jericho just completed in my home. The attention to detail, quality materials, and excellent communication made this project turn out better than I could have hoped.

I had been staring at the many things that I didn't like about my old bathroom for 2.5 years after moving in, but I knew that the amount of tile work and plumbing necessary was going to be beyond my DIY capabilities. I was pointed in the direction of Jericho, and I reached out to get a quote. On the first visit, measurements were taken and some preliminary numbers were provided. The sticker shock was a lot to wrap my head around that night, but the value on the final product made up for it and more.

The crew that performed the installation of the new tile on the floor, tub surround, and shower, and vanity were phenomenal. They showed up promptly at 8am and worked diligently throughout the day, and they kept the non-project areas of the house clean. There was significant progress at the end of each day. The precision cuts, clean lines, and tight edges are not something I could have had enough time to complete, and these guys knocked it out in no time flat. The crew and project managers were excellent throughout the project at providing dates for key milestones and consistently providing communication.

I ended up with the exact color scheme that I wanted, a vanity configuration that makes the most sense for me, and a shower that I spend as much time admiring as I do using! The value of this project to me is enormous, and I am confident it will also carry a great ROI if/when I decide to move homes in the future.

Jericho was fantastic from start to finish!!! I had them take out my old bathtub, move my water knobs from the right wall to the left wall so I could reach them easier, install walk in shower, 2 shower heads with slider bar and a beautiful wooden seat.

Nick my designer made my decisions easy. He helped me pick out the right color, faucets, knobs, shelves etc. He knew what I needed, he didn't over explain and he even ordered the glass doors for me. Derick my project manager went above and beyond what I expected. He spoke with my installer without me being present so when Brandon came over everything was already planned out. It made my life so easy! Brandon, my installer, was polite, well dressed and very considerate of my home and my dogs. He didn't blare his music, he told me when he was going to make a lot of noise and he cleaned up his mess every night before leaving. I felt comfortable leaving Brandon in my home while I ran short errands. I will definitely be having Jericho do more work to my home in the near future.
