Had to call A-1 plumbing late on a Saturday night about a backed up drain. Worst possible timing. They sent a tech over in 30 minutes to completely resolve the issue. Marcos was awesome. He knew his stuff. I’ll never call anyone else for plumbing issues.

I discovered my floor drain was clogged and contacted A-1 around 9-10pm. This was the most professional home service company I have dealt with from start to finish. I was contacted that evening to get me on the schedule for the next day. The Technician, Sam was on site in the morning- cleared all the debris and was extremely helpful. The home is a couple years old so I was surprised there was an issue, however, after Sam pointed out the construction debris it made sense. I am so happy this was caught before my basement was flooded in my newer home. I highly recommend A-1 Sewer & Septic and I would highly recommend a preventative drain cleaning from them on newer homes to avoid disaster. I would assume my circumstance is not unusual and debris and such from careless construction is likely not uncommon. Thank you A-1 for saving me from a potential nightmare.

I discovered that my main water line was leaking under the house. The house sits on a slab, making direct replacement extremely difficult. I called A-1 and Tim and Scott came out to look over the situation. They came up with a plan that would only require running new line along the house and then in and up through the floor of a closet on an exterior wall and then tying the new line into existing plumbing in the closet. I dug the trench for the new line so it would be ready when they got here. The morning they arrived to do the work they found a trench full of water from thunderstorms the night before. I half expected a postponement due to the conditions beyond their control but they drained the trench without complaint and then got to work on drilling access holes for the new line. They very quickly ran into what seemed an insurmountable problem with the foundation that neither they nor I could have anticipated. But they didn't give up. After some thought they came up with a modified plan. They worked relentlessly to get the job done. Took longer to accomplish and with more effort than anticipated but the job was still completed in a timely manner considering the setback. I am so appreciative of the effort that both Tim and Scott put in and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. I really can't say enough good things about the great job they did. They met the challenge with a professional, can-do attitude that is so rare these days. Thank you Tim, Scott and A-1.

I was referred to A1 sewer and septic by another plumber. My main line needed to be cleared. Service tech Chris came to my house and he was on time, professional, and informative. Every time I had a question he answered it thoroughly. He handled my problem quickly and my issue was resolved. I plan to use them in the future for main line repair. I highly recommend this company and Chris. Thank you A-1!!

Lorenzo did a great job of trouble shooting the problem and dealing with it in a very cost effective manner. He laid out the possible problems, described the various costs, and made a cost effective recommendation.

I've had A-1 out several times over the years, they always do a great job at a reasonable price.

Andrew a very knowledgeable and technical with his job. He did a great job. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do before he got started. Then explained again as he was doing it. He cleaned the roots that had grown within my sewer drain lines. I will definitely request him the next time I have any plumbing issued.

I have had A-1 routinely service my sewer main and have been happy with their service.
It had been over a year and I knew it was time and was expecting family members for a vacation. I have a new plumbing company right across the street and thought I would just call them. They told me that they had a $49 trip charge and would assess the matter and give me a quote. I was like, “You can’t tell me what an average fee you would charge to run a rooter 100’ out in the main?” She said she would look it up and it would be $300 to $600 and they could get to it in 5 days.
I went back to A-1 and they were out within a couple hours of my call. Lorenzo was my tech. First time he had been to my house. He was very thorough and we found that the old pipe had finally blocked and separated after running the snake from the cleanout and the removal of the toilet. He was adamant about trying his best to clear the pipe. He was very considerate to laying down tarps and cleanliness. He suggested we schedule a camera scope for the next day. Both days of service were less expensive than the original plumber I talked to just to do the cleanout. With their fast service and reliable years of working at my house, they gave me Two bids to fix and replace the line. I am not shopping them, I am scheduling their services to complete the job the right way. Thank you for the fast and professional service.
