Eddy was professional, friendly, timely, knowledgeable and THOROUGH. He fixed my air conditioner and checked the entire unit inside and outside to make sure everything was resolved. Love Mr. Plumber!

Wow!! Every one of their guys always do an amazing job for me! From my office to my home. I have to tell you though that Tom did the most outstanding job recently at our office. We had a gas leak (18 different spots to be exact) and Tom spent countless hours here to fix it! We had thought we would have to tear down walls to locate the issues but nope! Tom was able to get us fixed up with little to no interior tear down! Amazing work and I will always call on Mr. Plumber for our needs!! Thanks so much!!

Mr. Plumber is an A+ service! Booking my appointment was essential, I was booked first thing the following morning. To my surprise, I was called back 15min after booking, letting me know they were able to get someone out to me right then and there! To say the least, I was ecstatic and relieved. My problem was their problem, and my plumber was at my house 20 minutes later! I am beyond grateful for the urgency they showed. Chad was able to figure out my problem within minutes!!!! From there, he advised me on some other issues I was looking to run into sooner than later down the road. Chad then proceeded to take on all the jobs I wanted done! Efficient, clean, and a job well done indeed. I can't thank you enough for all you did for our home! God bless and take care ?

Chris came to service our sewer lines at work and let me tell you, he’s the best plumber we’ve worked with in a long time. Guy is smart, honest and personable. You have a good one in Chris! Highly recommend!!

I thought honest-plumber was an oxymoron. Mr Plumber changed my mind. I needed a replacement bathroom faucet, I was an A.B. May Gold plan customer and they denied my coverage saying damage from hard water caused my issue. (like who in Joco doesn’t have hard water) They suggested buying their water softener system and would only charge me $860 to replace my faucet. A friend referred me to Mr Plumber and they were amazing. They recommended buying my replacement faucet at a hardware store and showed up and installed it quickly and efficiently. Hats off to Chad for a job well done and making a new lifelong customer.

Very disappointed in this business.
They came out for a leaky shower which ended up being just a loose shower head... They tightened it by hand and turned around charged us $159.
I definitely understand a service call fee/diagnostic fee (and I also understand that they found the problem and we didn't) but $159 for being in my house less than 20 minutes (and using no tools) is super lame and is also taking advantage of the customer.
Won't be calling back.

Our water heater went out last week so I began doing my own research of area companies and received many quotes shopping around. Any of the companies that I called needed to have someone come out to give a quote. When I found Mr. Plumber through a referral, all I had to do was call and explain a little bit about my current water heater and I had a quote within seconds. Not only do they have competitive pricing, but everyone that I have worked with has been extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. As a homeowner, any of your working systems that go out can be a stressful thing to navigate. Mr. Plumber helped to put our mind at ease. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

Our property manager contacted Mr. Plumber to service both our heater and AC and I am so glad they did! Edward was so kind, took the time to explain everything that he was doing as well as how the different pieces of our HVAC system worked (because that is NOT my area of expertise at all), and he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was performing at its most optimal level before he left. This was the best service experience I have ever had and I will absolutely be recommending Mr. Plumber to everyone.

A/C went out in June. One hvac firm diagnosed the issue and said I needed a new one. Called me several times thereafter to set up an appointment. Asked for a second opinion from Mr. Plumber. Jesse diagnosed the issue as an electric issue and fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the cost of a new unit.
Thermostat went out today. Called them again. Edward arrived quickly, found the issue and fixed it it quicker than expected. So happy there is a company like this. I’m sold
