We just had new granite countertops and sink installed in our kitchen and we absolutely love it. Our first visit to the showroom was great. We were shown many options, given samples to bring home, and estimated pricing. We found after getting other estimates that the pricing was very reasonable.

While shopping around, we learned that some places only sell the raw material. Others places only fabricate and install. So you can end up having to deal with two companies and consider the total cost. KC Granite did the whole process start to finish.

Every experience in the showroom and working with the employees there was perfect and the communciation was excellent. The only issue we had was with the installers, who seemed to rush through the process to get in and out as quickly as they could with almost no communication. This is an area they need to improve. There was one flaw in the island granite, but they sent someone out and repaired it the next business day.

I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for replacing your cabinets and/or countertops!

I want to thank Terry and Maggie for working with me to replace countertops in the baths and kitchen with beautiful granite and quartz. Terry helped us stay within budget while giving lots of great information on what is the best options for sinks and what countertop would match my cabinet colors. I was glad Terry was busy one day because Maggie helped me firm up my decisions. I recommend you follow Terry and their field rep Rafael's advice on installation. While cutting out the price of a good Project Manager to keep costs down I had to work out a detailed install plan-- which is essential for things to go smoothly. So be careful if you go the self-managed route and not hire their Staff to manage the details! I might post pictures later when it's complete so I can show how wonderful it looks.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. We had a great experience in store with Maggie. She was very patient with us and very personable. She was great from start to finish with us. Then the instillation. I explained to the guys that I was working in the other room. Mind you I have never gone through the process of replacing countertops so I really didn't know what to expect. No one explained anything to me when they came to install. They were very loud and installation literally shook my whole house. I asked if they could take the old counters with them to dispose of them, I guess since they didn't remove them, they said no. I was given no explanation of what they had done to the counters; sealing, cleaning etc. No after care instructions as far as immediately before use. Some very minor changes could make this place great

If you have them remove tile, be prepared to also replace the drywall. Maybe it's normal but when I watched them, there was little to no concern for damage, speed was the only priority. They took a whole section out and made a dozen of 6 inch or larger holes in other sections.

Granite was mostly good, except a 1/2 in chip along the wall side, which hopefully will be covered up by the new tile.

Also have poor communication, when speaking with different people about the specifics of the work needing to be done said specifics would get lost on there end and need to be reiterated.

Also sent an email through their websites contact us page to confirm details and have an email trail so everything was in writing and not just over the phone. They never responded.

I jus don't write reviews but I felt I needed to with my experience with KC Granite. This is what you can expect if you decide to do business with them. When you call they answer the phone. If you send an email, they reply. The project is explained in detail along with pricing. A time frame is given on when the project will start and when it will be completed, As for the staff, Robyn was very helpful in picking a great color of quartz and back splash for the project. Matt came out and explained how the process of installation would proceed and his measurements were perfect. The quartz installation was on time they did superb work and cleaned up after. The tile crew was also great Two wonderfully pleasant young men who were friendly, polite and also did excellent work. My wife and I are so pleased with the look of our new kitchen. I hope that other businesses can learn to follow the business plan of K.C. Granite and Cabinetry. Unfortunately, that is not he case. Well done guys.

We could not be any happier with the quality of the service and the product. We only replaced the counter top (with granite) and the back splash in our kitchen. For the counter top, the folks at KC Granite patiently guided us through their store room (of granite slabs) and provided requested advice about what would work and not work for our kitchen. We had many questions and quite frankly the answers were well thought out and easy to understand. After we picked out our slab, they made arrangements for us to pick out which portions of the granite would go where (such as using a particular piece of the slab for our peninsula). Do not underestimate the importance of this step and thank goodness we listened to their input!

We then set up an appointment for the install and they showed up on time. Their crew was friendly and all about business (no loitering!) and had our counter top installed in less than 2 hours. The final product has exceeded expectations. For the back splash, we asked for input from KC Granite and received tremendous feedback and ultimately settled on a tile that compliments our counter top very well. No comment on the install because we used a family friend to perform this task (but given the professionalism of the counter top install, we would not have hesitated to use KC Granite).

Remodeling a kitchen can be very stressful; KC Granite made the process very smooth and took our worries away. Their unbound patience and diligence put us at ease and left us confident that we made the right choice. We also found their prices to very affordable and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had KC Granite do the tear out and install of my kitchen counters, sink, and backsplash. I am very happy with the job they did. The office crew was helpful and nice to work with. They even let me come out before making the cuts to make sure I like a certain section for the Island or what section wasn't my favorite and to avoid. The demo crew and counter install went off without a hitch. They were in and out in about 3 hrs. Had one seem and it's hardly noticeable. Plumbing had no problems with the job, though the timing of it could have been communicated better. The tile looks great and apparently I picked a difficult pattern to put up (herringbone). They were patient and worked until it looked great. Again my only complaint would be communicating better the arrival time of the tile workers. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend KC Granite for your new kitchen.
