I love my two bathroom’s remodel by Rebath. They did a great job of coordinating the plumbing and electrical work with professionals. I had several workers on the bath room’s remodel, but the primary worker was Joseph. He was friendly and a very good listener to what I wanted. His work was very well done and when he was finished, the area was cleaned up nicely. A well done remodel makes such a difference in our home. Thank you!

Kebrina was amazing in helping us with the design and processing of paperwork for our new tub and shower. The install crew were very good. There was wait time on one of the parts from their supplier. That was later installed. We are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. However, that is not the case. We've had a problem with the shower head several times since the install. They have attempted several times to fix and/or replace it, but it doesn't stay fixed. It still sprays to the side due to a crack in the shower head. They are now blaming us for the issue and are refusing to make it right. After spending an enormous amount of money on this shower, I'm sickened that they refuse to make it right.

Worst service ever! I called to check on my 6k refund, I was told I would receive a call the next day. Today 1 week later still no call and again got the same info "someone will call you back". When asking if I would actually get a call this time. The response received was "I cant make someone appear here to help you." I told the gentlemen that was rude to say and wasn't needed. He responded with "it was rude to cancel your order with us." So now I'm still missing my 6k from an uncaring and over priced organization. Great job Rebath I will be absolutely communicating how terrible this company is.

Horrible- no communication about delays in process. Was “sold” a 6-9 week install. Happened after 16 weeks. I had to call to get updates as to why install wasn’t happening. Finally got scheduled then workers didn’t show up. After calling again, was told “sorry for the mix up” . Will never recommend you. Felt like was dealing with used car salesmen. Installers were great. Pricey…. to say the least.

Dee came out to quote me a small bathroom remodel. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable. She had a great plan and provided the best quote out of 4 total companies I had come out. What I really liked the most about Dee’s design versus the other companies, Re-bath was going to be able to expand doors and open up shower space whereas the others were only interested in cosmetic redesigns of my wet areas, not the functionality of the space. Thank you Dee and thank you Re-bath for allowing me the time to quote a project. but in the end, I am too nervous to pull the trigger and invest in the remodel. She tried hard to help me be comfortable with my decision to move forward without being pushy. She seemed genuinely understanding and tried to be helpful. If and when I decide I am going to go for it, I’m calling Re-bath again and hopefully Dee will be willing to start over with me!

For the past 3 days, I have had the privilege of working with Re-Bath’s Tucker Dellutri and his assistants. We hired re-bath to renovate our outdated master bathroom and make it a state-of-the-art compliment to our master bedroom. This young man is extremely knowledgeable, informative, and hard- working. He was here each day at 8:30 am and finished promptly at around 2:30 pm. Each day at the end of the job, he would ask me to come up and check out everything to ensure it was up to my expectations as well as provide a detailed summary of the tasks completed and how things were looking. I appreciated his honesty, his questions (how I wanted things), and thoroughness. It felt like he genuinely did care about his craft and wanted the bathroom to look good as well as be what my wife and I envisioned. They cleaned up each day after the job, they made sure their tools and supplies were neatly put away into a small area where we could still navigate and paint the space, and they were also very respectful and quiet. Even with some slight demolition such as taking out a shower, it still was not near as noisy as it potentially could’ve been. I am very proud of our finished results, and I am glad my wife and I chose re-bath. In the future, if I need another renovation to a bathroom, I would for sure go with Tucker and re-bath without question. Thanks again!
