We live in a 90 year old home. When we decided to remodel our kitchen, Regarding Kitchens gave us a bid comparable to other companies but the design was more creative and closer to what I had described. It is extremely difficult to be without a kitchen, but they made it as easy on us as possible. The workmen were here every day. They were courteous and efficient. They moved a bathroom to give us more room in the kitchen which was an amazing undertaking. We liked them so much that two years later we asked them to remodel our master bathroom. They masked off a path to the bathroom from the hall which helped to keep our bedroom clean and accessible. The workmen were all skilled and Fun! They kept us informed every step of the way. Can’t wait to work with them on our next project.

When interviewing companies to remodel my kitchen, I chose four and only Regarding Kitchens came to my house with computer in hand to explore design options. The rest gave me renderings based on my descriptions.
We discussed multiple options based on my budget and we were able to tweak the design into my ideal kitchen.
The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. Picking out cabinets, finishes, countertops and appliances was actually pleasant with all the options presented.
The general contractor was the one they were most comfortable with as far as renovating older homes. A schedule was presented and within reason they stuck to it.
This was 20 years ago and with the timelessness of the design it still looks new and I wouldn’t change anything.
After seeing it my brother and sister both had their kitchens redone and the results are equally impressive.
I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Bev remodeled our kitchen 3 years ago and we still LOVE it. The crews she used were nice and worked hard. We have had other projects , with other companies, done on our house where we would go days wondering what was going on or if they would ever show up again. This was NOT the case with Regarding Kitchens. They were there every day, and if they weren't, we knew about it and why. Great business!

It took about 6 weeks longer than we were told and some days there were no workers here at all. Two big mistakes were made. Even though I gave RK spec sheets on all the appliances going in, when the fridge was installed the cabinet door and drawer to the left of it would not open all the way. They both were hitting the fridge handles. There were two components under that countertop and I had to choose one to delete in order to make that section work. I lost valuable shelf storage space. Then when my travertine tile floor was installed, it was uneven. I complained and Suzy and the supervisor came to check it out. They hired a company to hone it and even it out. It’s improved, but not even. Bev says it’s because the tiles I chose (my fault) are not the same thickness, yet my leftover tiles are the same thickness. When I complained to Suzy about this, her final answer was “well- he did the best he could “. Nobody has yet to come and check the work out. When guests come to our house, I tell them who did the remodel and let the workmanship speak for itself. My advice, look further.

We received a recommendation on this company from neighbors who had used them. We have reached out to them multiple times and have received zero responses. I can appreciate they may have all the work they want right now, but this is awful customer experience and would make me concerned regarding their communication during a project. The easiest thing in the world is to respond to a “request for information” form on their own website... and they can’t even manage that? After multiple attempts? Very poor.
