The caulking failed within two weeks. Absolutely a bad experience. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Did not want to pickup the trash. Left a hole in my wall for me to patch. Totally a bad experience. Paid way too much. Please contact me. I'll show you first hand the quality of work that I received. I see the other reviews left. I wonder how that happened. Like I said stop by and I'll show you first hand. I'm in KCK. It just keeps getting better. They took my bathroom door off to get the tub in. They couldn't even put the door back correctly.

Gary and his team arrived promptly to the agreed upon date and time. My tub was larger than standard so there was additional installation work. They worked 10 hours straight through the day without a lunch break. Unfortunately, the project didn’t quite get finished the day before a long holiday weekend so I was thinking the worst about using my tub that weekend but Gary and his installer showed up on Saturday and spent several more hours of the holiday weekend to finish up the project. I was truly appreciative and was able to use my tub on Labor Day Monday.

Installation was timely after order placed. Installation was complete in one day. Business owner videoed operating instructions for homeowner for future reference. I love this tub. My favorite feature is that the entry to tub is only 2” or so as I have a terrible time with steps higher than 3”. I like the air jets just as well as the water jets and that was a surprise. The hand-held shower spray allows me to sit while shampooing hair. Overall a great product.

When we brought my dad home from rehab he was not able to use the bathtub they had in their home. I had meet Gary at several networking events so he was the first person I called to see if he could help me. He found a time that was convenient for me to meet with him at my parents home so we would all be on the same page. He was so patient and kind with my parents answering all their questions and concerns. I was worried with the tight space it might not be our solution, but he was able to show me how he could make it work for us. I was so surprised when he called two weeks earlier then I had expected to say the tub was here and we could set a date for installation. HIs crew was so good and my parents really liked them. They cleaned up everything from the garage to the bathroom which was so appreciated. My dad forgot how to use the bathtub and thought something was wrong with it and Gary came back out to go over everything with him again. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the professionalism and kindness given to my parents. This was a difficult time for them making these adjustments, but it has given me so much peace of mind knowing they can get in and out of the tub safely. Even my mom who thought she wouldn't like it loves it now. My hats off to Gary for making things better for all of us in a timely manner. If you need a walk in bathtub you couldn't ask for a better company and product. Gary is such a professional he has checked back in to make sure they are doing alright with the tub. We love our new walk-in tub! The tub itself is high quality and solidly built - and it's intuitive to use. My husband has a bad back and I have a bum knee so to be able to soak our "old bones" with the air and water jets has been a great blessing. Getting older--a fact of life.. But, while the years may bring maturity, they can also result in a loss of mobility. We wanted to stay in our home of 45 years, The whirlpool bath, vintage 1987, had not been used in several years. So we began investigating walk-in bathtubs. A visit to the Kansas City Home Show included a lengthy conversation with Gary Mehalic of Bath Innovations.
When Gary came to our house, he brought his installers, Chris and Terry. We all stood around the bathroom and discussed what the remodel could and should include. An agreement was reached and a target date to begin work was set.
Chris and Terry took care not to damage anything during the removal of the old tub, ceramic tile and flooring. They are skilled workers and, thanks to their professionalism and expertise, we now have a walk-in bathtub and new tile floor. We highly recommend Bath Innovations to anyone who wants to accommodate the needs of a body that needs additional pampering. We're glad we found them; we think you will be, too.

Eight years ago my wife was having knee problems which eventually led to double-knee replacements. We needed to replace a soaker tub in our bathroom. The only bad thing about the tub is that it took two weeks to make and ship. I interviewed several companies before I came across Bath Innovations. Gary Melalic is the owner and he had the best presentation with the lowest bid. The tub has only a 2 1/2 inch step into the tub with a solid door with a double lock. The other presentations did not have this kind of door. The tub itself is so easy to clean I just take the shower wand and rinse it down. I have a bad back and terrible joint pain especially in my knees. I love getting into the tub full of hot water turn on the water and air jets on my back and knees. To me it seems like the pain goes away instantly. I also want to mention the installers, Chris and Terry, they did a great job and cleaned up after they were finished like they had never been here. My only regret is that I should have done this years ago.

My 95+ year old grandparents needed their "soaker tub" in their older home replaced for safety reasons, so I did research on walk-in type of bathtubs on four well-known companies (ones which even have television commercials) and Walk-In Bathtubs. Being in the health care field for a very long time, and after interviewing the owner Gary, we felt very comfortable with his product, his knowledge, kindness and sincerity. He is NOT a high pressure sales person, which spoke volumes to us. Gary knew the benefit of the bathtub for my grandparents and provided honesty in his presentation. Gary asked my grandparents what they were looking for, spoke to them and not at them, which I really felt was personable! Gary's knowledge of his bathtubs, with all the different sizes and amenities for it, provided a good variety of choice for what they felt they needed. Gary demonstrated warmth and professionalism at all times. His installers were also just as professional, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old soaker away. Was nice to feel and see that Gary and his entire team actually cared. Gary's tubs have the lowest step-in bathtub as well as the best quality built tubs. The bathtub is above all others, my grandparents feel very comfortable and safe in the tub and highly recommend Gary and his company-Walk-In Bathtubs. Our family no longer worries as much about the safety of our family members! Gram and Gramp have had their jetted tub with hydro-therapy, which is great for their arthritis, for a little over a year and love it to this day. Can't thank you enough Gary!
