We are not very happy with Bathwizards!!! They have not completed their work after several months
Bathwizards hire subcontractors who don't care about the customers. We were threatened to lie to the finance company that the job was completed
Bathwizards were only worried about getting paid!!
Now after several months of making payments to the finance company they still have not resolved the poor quality of their subcontractors
We have multiple cosmetic issues
Every time I contact Bathwizards they lie and say they are waiting on parts. They say that they can't find a subcontractor to finish the project.
This is really ridiculous ?
I will not recommend Bathwizards in Kansas to nobody!!!

Paul was very thorough and professional. A very polite individual. He was very informative and tried to find every possible way to help me. Thank you for sending him here.

My wife and I met with Paul on 3/16/24 for an estimate and ended up agreeing to them completing the work to replace our shower. Paul did not show us the contract before we signed it.
They told us it would take 4-6 weeks to get the parts in. Demolition started 4/24/24. At that time they realized that the standard shower pan that they thought our shower would need would not work due to floor joists. They notified us that the new shower pan would not be made until the following week and they would come back 5/6/24 to finish the work. Our project has been given to 3 different project managers. I was told on 5/8/24 that the shower pan had been lost and they are rushing a new one, they will contact me on 5/10/24, 5/13/24 at the latest. I contacted my 3rd project manager on 5/14/24 and he said he had no idea what was going on with the shower pan and he would let me know by end of day. I called him 2 more times later that day and he was still not able to provide me with an answer. I also started receiving messages and video from my 1st project manager that has since left the company stating that the company owes a lot of money to local business that are doing the work for them and have not been paid by bath wizard so they won’t release the product back to bath wizard. We finally got them to put in an email that our job would restart 5/31/24 and finish on the same day. As of today we do not have a shower. We have exposed wood, wiring and plumbing waiting for a shower to be installed. We tried calling corporate and their phones aren’t accepting calls. We tried calling the project manager and his supervisor and the voicemails are full. We just want to get out of the contract so we can hire real professionals that don’t lie to us to finish the job.
We were also told at the estimate that Bath Wizard had their own factory and they do everything in house. Now we find out that they have other companies doing the work for them. False advertising.

I found Bath Wizard from an ad I saw on Facebook. My wife is disabled so a walk in shower or tub would help her immensely so I gave them my information. Set up a meeting with Frank "the tank" Walker out of Wichita to come out, measure and give his sales pitch. After keeping him there for longer than he should have put up with, multiple offers from them we settled on the walk in shower and a rebate check to consolidate bills dealing with her care.
They told us they were booked out a couple months and that was fine. The called to schedule the install when they were ready and everything went fine. Took an extra day to install, which I understand. It happens. Shower is great, she loves it. They had to use a different pattern than what we picked out because there was a mistake on the materials but wife ended up liking this one too so she was fine with it so I was too.
Couldn't be happier with the process up to this point, then came the rebate check. It has been three months since install. Heard nothing from them for the first month so I started calling. Customer service line takes a message but nobody ever calls you back. Got an email from Adrian Westmore in their billing Dept saying it would be to me within a week. Nothing showed. Another email, no response from Adrian. Call customer service line, take a message, no call back. Managed to get a number for the owner James Moburg and thought he sounded like he was genuinely concerned about getting the problem fixed.
I have been in contact with James Moburg for weeks now with texts and the occasional call. Still not resolved. They showed me a screen that said the check was shipped fed ex but they couldn't give a tracking number. Another week down and no check. We have paid two installments to the bank that financed them to do my job and they have informed me they paid Bath Wizard in full on March 26th.
James Moburg has now blocked my phone number and does not respond in any way.
Do not do business with this company. Read the reviews and take the ones they don't respond to very seriously.

Our visit with Jerry Davis was great! He was very informative and very patient with me and my husband. He took the time to explain everything to us and he answered all of our questions. We have saved his information and will definitely contact him when we are ready to do our bathroom remoldeling.

They are the worst when it comes to problem-solving. I encountered an issue with their product/service, and their customer support was utterly unhelpful. The representatives seemed uninterested and incompetent, with no effective solutions or willingness to assist. The lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Bath Wizard to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service. Stay away!

In my experience their product is made of cheap plastic and breaks easily. They don't care about their employees or customers. The owners think too highly of themselves and act like they are better than everyone else. Complaints are ignored and there's no support. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The reason for my 1Star is because of the company not answering in a timely manner about a rebate check we were told we would get. Plus it took 3 days to install our shower when was told no more than a 1 to 1 1/2 days.
My husband and I were in the market for a walk in shower. While we were at a Home & Garden Expo in Oklahoma we signed up with Bath Wizards for a consult in January 2024.
Frank Walker came to our house and showed us what they can do for a walk in shower. We liked what they had and decided to go with them. They included a rebate of $5,000 to help get some stuff paid off so we can afford the shower. As of today May 21, 2024 we have not received our check. When we call, and we have called numerous times since our shower was installed, they always tell us that a member of their team will contact us. I would recommend that you ask about time frame when the rebate will be given.
Other than the rebate check we have not problems with the shower. It turned out nicer than what I could of imagined.

Paul was very helpful in getting us the best possible deal with the walk in bathtub. We are very excited about the tub. I have recently been diagnosed with Parkinson disease and down the road the tub will become more important to my daily routines. Paul took our concerns seriously. My wife has multiple sclerosis and the tub will help both of us immensely. His care and knowledge of the product convinced us to purchase the tub. My wife and I couldn't be happier

Update: 3 weeks after completion, and we are still waiting on a shower rod. I have called the two people I spoke with outside of Jerry in sales and left messages, but have yet to receive a return call. They said using a tension rod is not good, but I also can't not shower for a month because they don't finish the last step. Needless to say, I'm not very happy, and I've already warned friends in the market for a bathroom remodel to go elsewhere.
Jerry in sales came out and did an estimate for us. It was higher than I anticipated based on research online, but he was able to adjust it and though still high in my books, we went with it. His sales approach was pushy, redundant, and we absolutely hate when they resort to badmouthing the competition to make sales, but I was tired of having consultants out for the various projects we have going on.
Now that the work is complete, I have some concerns and complaints.
First, let me say the installers seemed like good guys. However. They were not aware of the full scope of work (tearing out an old cabinet to expand the shower area, removing the low ceiling, moving the water after the cabinet was gone, etc.) So Jerry told us it'd be about 2 days, it took 4. I get it, based on the work, but not being knowledgeable myself, I'd have like expectations to be set more accurately.
Second, Jerry was all about how disgusting the inside part of the shower is, blah blah, and how important this zip cover to seal it in the bathroom is, and cleaning the bathroom after it's done so we're not exposed. Well, the much vaunted zip cover arrived at 10 pm on day 3, along with parts that were missing for my shower, and the next job. I thought that was bizarre, too, dropping off someone else's shower stuff at my house. Anyway, with no zip cover, dust spread throughout my house. Thankfully, the inside of my shower did not remotely resemble the pictures Jerry insisted on showing us for an hour.
Third, I think there may have been wrong measurements taken perhaps. I did expect that the flooring wouldn't line up perfectly, but there is a gap of 3+ inches from the edge of the shower to my existing flooring. That seems like a lot to be off.
Onto the product itself: I'm very meh about it. We waited a couple days for the caulking to be fully cured before using the shower. We have done absolutely nothing but take a couple showers in it. The lip (which is kind of short so if you're using a curtain, be wary of splashing water) is scuffed. I'm not even sure what could have scuffed it, whether it was during the installation and I didn't notice or what. The shower pan also creaks when you step in it.
Overall, I do feel like I overpaid, but I guess at least it's done, and our installation was scheduled quicker than I thought it would be. We spent 12815 for the most basic possible shower: plain white 60", base shower head, no doors, just absolute basic, functional shower.

Paul Came out and did our quote about 2 weeks ago, I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and down to earth demeanor. This wasn’t our first quote so we were familiar with the process, but what separated Paul and Bath Wizard from everybody else was his honesty. Each of the other quotes we received we were not very satisfied with and I shared this Paul. During this process we talked about our budget, what we didn’t like about the other quotes (cost, quality, style) and he kept that in mind throughout and at one point reeled our ideas of splendor back in to keep us on budget. It’s easy to give the customer everything they want and leave them unable to afford it. I didn’t get that wish Bath Wizard. I got a quote I felt comfortable with, very reasonable financing, and scheduling was very prompt and I even received a phone call ensuring the company I financed with was handling everything okay for me. I have yet to get the install but I will add another review with pictures when complete. (Pictures added of the before and after of our remodel!!)

Since Bath Wizard has been calling me literally 5 times every single day from different phone numbers because I keep blocking them and asking them to stop, I will explain here why I decided NOT to do business with this company.
I need some remodeling done in my bathroom and was ready to hire someone, so I filled out an online form requesting a quote.
I made an appointment for Saturday afternoon to get a consultation/quote, but on Thursday my child came down with the flu. I called and canceled the appointment so we wouldn't get the Bath Wizard guy sick. I planned to reschedule after we were all clear from the flu.
Well on Friday evening I was home caring for my sick kid, and an unfamiliar car parked in my driveway. As in, he fully pulled up into the empty spot of my 2-car driveway, next to my car.
My husband was not home, so I was pretty alarmed when a man I did not recognize got out of the car and started taking pictures of my house. It scared me enough that I called my neighbor and said "there's a strange man at my house and I'm alone, can you please come over in case there's trouble."
At this point I went outside and said "Hey, what are you doing?!" The man POINTED HIS PHONE CAMERA AT ME as if he was taking pictures of me, then he said "Oh, is this not a good time?" He still has not introduced himself.
I finally noticed the logo on his shirt and said "you're from Bath Wizard?" He confirmed, and I said this is not even close to my appointment time; also it was supposed to be canceled.
He acted oblivious and said something about "it will only take a few minutes, are you sure you don't want to just do it now?" I told him he needed to leave, and he proceeded to just stand there trying to discuss appointment times, showing no sense of urgency to leave even though I was clearly freaked out.
The whole thing was incredibly off-putting, to say the least.
And they have been calling me RELENTLESSLY ever since.
TLDR: I have no confidence in this company's professionalism, business practices, or basic common sense.

I paid 28,000 on a walk in tub, they scheduled me for 3 weeks to install. I called a week before no one returning my call, did not showed up to install .
I kept on calling and even the agent Jerry won’t return my call. I’ll hire a lawyer to get my money back and file a complain to atty general, scamming
disable and elderly people should be stopped .
I wonder if those people that have a 5 star are paid.

Paul came over and showed me their amazing shower products. He was easy to understand, very knowledgeable and super nice. For the quality of their products, the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
PLEAS READ!!!
I was told I would receive a $50 gift card to any restaurant I wanted if I let them come to my home for a demonstration. This was 2 months ago. I have texted Paul quite a few times and called the company. All I get is empty promises. I GIVE 1 STAR!!! If they are like this now, how will they be after they get your money.

Update: My husband received a phone call from Bath wizard. And they said that they would add a second shelf. He asked them to call back to speak to me. And they said they would the next day. That's been well over a month ago, haven't heard anything back.
This is a review of the sales person. It would have been higher but when the man came to do the job, we found that the salesperson didn't include our center drain, sold us shelves that were no longer available and selected items from their images that weren't the color/style we ordered ie white grab bars when we ordered nickel. This was a problem because the office tried to say we didn't order what we were saying we did. Thankfully, they fulfilled the request except for the shelves - we only got one side instead of two and not the ones we wanted, but we didn't have a choice.
The shower isn't perfect but we love it anyway!
