The product is decent, the process of getting everything installed wasn't.

My main issue with the transaction was that I couldn't get their sales guy Brett to quit calling me before I made the purchase, then when I had an issue with my install it took 5 days for him to call back. Overall, it was a big turnoff to be told "I was busy with other customers" as the reason.

Regarding install, we had issues with lack of touchup of chipped/scratched paint, all of our doors were left in a really dirty condition as well as some other minor issues. I will say they did address the issues, but it took several visits. Some basic attention to detail and cleaning up after yourself would have prevented the issues.

*** The pics posted are of my doors after they were done installing. They did come back to do the touchup, but definitely were ready to hand over these new items as installed and delivered in this condition.

I have been working with All Weather Window and Doors since 2018. They have now installed all the windows in my house, my back porch slider door and my front door. Ok the first time, disappointing the second.
The first set of windows they did for us were done well and on time. The second time, they left us hanging. First it took much longer than the 4 weeks we were promised for the windows to come in. Then they were backed up with other jobs and weather delays. When they did install the windows, there were a couple problems with some of the parts. We were told that they would get replacement parts in soon and they would return and put them in. That was 2 months ago and we still have an unfinished window. The attached picture shows missing trim and exposed foam insulation.
