We highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Wichita! They were able to get us on the schedule for the next morning. The part was ordered immediately and came in earlier than expected. As soon as it came in they sent the same person out to install it. Nate was knowledgeable and did a fantastic job!
Mr. Appliance was able to get someone to my house quickly. The technician, Eric, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave the impression that he wouldn't encourage me to fix the washer beyond what it was worth. He diagnosed and fixed my washer very quickly. Definitely worth the money!

Great communication on timing of service. Confirmed appointment time and was right on time. Liked that I was given technician’s name with a photo. Also professionally dressed and put on booties while working in my home. Cody was pleasant and fixed my refrigerator in a timely manner.

Very prompt and knowledgeable. I was contacted immediately after I called and left message. The Tech that arrived was very familiar with our appliance and diagnosed the issue right away. A part had to be ordered and I was kept informed on its shipping progress and a follow-up date to install. Very pleased.

The text notification with a picture of the service technician is fantastic! I also really appreciated the small window of time provided so I didn’t feel like I had to wait around all day! They also provided a notification shortly before the technician arrived as a courtesy heads up! He was very professional and even wore booties in the house as to not walk in with dirty shoes! Thank you!

These guys did a fantastic job for me. They came out the day I called, and Chris had the problem diagnosed quickly, while working in a tight and difficult workspace. He clearly stated the issue, telling me the part would have to be ordered, and that it would be about 3 days. Two days later, he contacted me again with the part in hand, and came out about an hour later and quickly finished the repair. I like the fact that they text you with the technician's picture, and they let me know 20 minutes ahead of time to allow me enough time to get home from work. I love that they are literally right around the corner from me, and they have DEFINITELY become my go-to repair shop.

The Mr. Appliance Service person was friendly, personable and professional. He completed the work on our dish washer faster than I expected. He also did a couple of operational starts to check and make adjustments to ensure it was performing properly. We are very pleased with his work and the way he presented his service. If we need anymore appliance work, we will definitely call again for this service.

Eric at Mr. Appliance did a great job. My service call was same day I called. Thats a huge plus! He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and machine is back up and running just a few days later. Eric was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
