Mr. Appliance was able to get someone to my house quickly. The technician, Eric, was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave the impression that he wouldn't encourage me to fix the washer beyond what it was worth. He diagnosed and fixed my washer very quickly. Definitely worth the money!

The text notification with a picture of the service technician is fantastic! I also really appreciated the small window of time provided so I didn’t feel like I had to wait around all day! They also provided a notification shortly before the technician arrived as a courtesy heads up! He was very professional and even wore booties in the house as to not walk in with dirty shoes! These guys did a fantastic job for me. They came out the day I called, and Chris had the problem diagnosed quickly, while working in a tight and difficult workspace. He clearly stated the issue, telling me the part would have to be ordered, and that it would be about 3 days. Two days later, he contacted me again with the part in hand, and came out about an hour later and quickly finished the repair. I like the fact that they text you with the technician's picture, and they let me know 20 minutes ahead of time to allow me enough time to get home from work. I love that they are literally right around the corner from me, and they have DEFINITELY become my go-to repair shop.

He also did a couple of operational starts to check and make adjustments to ensure it was performing properly. We are very pleased with his work and the way he presented his service.
