The technician who came, Mary Beth, was very knowledgeable. She explained what was working and what was not. Also took the time to show me a few changes she made when replacing the needed part.
The cost was very reasonable!
I will definitely be calling KC Heating & Air for my future a/c and heating issues!

Editing my review because our most recent interaction with KC was very poor. We had them out a few weeks ago to look at our heater that was not working. The tech was super nice and told my husband we could just get the part cheaper and sooner if we did it ourselves. He made it out to be an easy fix which it was. A few days later we got the part and our heat was working! Fast forward another week and it stops working again. I called KC and was informed that since we had replaced the part ourselves that they would no longer be able to provide service to us. The tech never said anything about that to us or else we would have just waited an extra week and paid the extra cash to have them do it. I absolutely understand why they wouldn’t want to work on something that was DIYed by a home owner, but it would have nice to know that prior to this mess.

KC Heating and Air has been our go to service provider for 10 years. Kent and his crew are always professional, responsive and honest. We have had issues on the hottest day of the year and the coldest day of the year, and these guys have always done everything possible to make sure that our HVAC was working. The Owner has even gone as far as coming out himself when needed to make sure we were taken care of. They come highly recommended.

Whenever someone has a major disruption, like a heat/air unit go bad, the last thing you want is a strong arm sales person trying sell you more than you need while making it seem like everything is your fault. Well, Kent and his crew (Scott, Doug) made this so easy. They sold me only what I needed , they worked diligently to get everything in place.
This was not an easy install and modifications had to be made, but everything looks great, works great and they made sure I understood what was happening and why. At no time was I out of the loop on knowing what was going on.
My main concern was value because it was a major hit to my pocketbook. Not only did they present value, they saved me almost 25% compared to the other bid that I received. Can't be better than that.
Their work quality is superb and their cleanup is excellent. They are genuine in their approach to service and customer satisfaction.
I recommend them highly. Don't choose anyone else until you given them a chance to address your needs or problems.
