Beautiful options but very poor customer service. We loved a full size shower faucet system that we would have purchased if we got so much as a “Is there anything we can help you with?” from at least 1 of the 3 ladies that seemed to be working there. We have 2 full sizes we are fully remodeling and won’t be going back. Hopefully they are more attentive to other customers.

Jamie Haire has been most professional, helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of my dealings with Ferguson. Recently I needed to get a replacement shower wand for our master bath. Jamie has gone out of her way, working from home to insure I got the replacement. Wow, it’s not often to get this extra effort service. Thank you, Jamie

I am absolutely in love with this store! They were tolerant of my off the wall need to actually sit in the bathtub to see if it is the one that I actually want in my home. It can look beautiful, but unless it actually fits it will never be right. Thank you Ferguson!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We are updating hardware on our faucets. I love my kitchen faucet. I'm able to have a spray nozzle and regular faucet all in one. I love this place! They have everything all in one place and Bonnie does a great job in finding a solution for you without try to upsell you on items you do not need it out of your price range.

Great gallery filled with beautiful options. Staff there are very friendly, and they can point you to their online inventory for even more options. Absolutely a requirement to check here first for any of your fixture needs.

Lots and lots of displays. Everything seems to be top of the line, consequently everything is quite expensive. But it is top of the line. Plenty of qualified employees to help. And they're not pushy.

All the ladies in the showroom are super knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to your specific needs. They treat everyone the same wether you are buying a single faucet or an entire building project every customer is made to feel special. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and lighting projects.

Wonderful products. It is difficult if you are buying online at the store. Non jetted deep tub had different lines than the one I received. The fixture I would not have spent extra dollars on had I seen it displayed. Not the quality I expected. Purchase what you can see. Amazing in store products
