Overall

Came and looked around my house for a bit and said he didn't know what was wrong. Then said he didn't have the tool needed to fix what he didn't know was wrong. Said he would be back the following Tuesday. No show on Tuesday, didn't answer my calls. 3 weeks later I get a call saying they'd like to come back out and finish. By then I had already had another electrician come fix the problem. Now a month later from when they first showed up they are charging me an outrageous amount for doing nothing to fix my problem.

Called a different company first, no answer, left a message, no call back. Called this company and they answered the phone, put me on the schedule a few days out. An hour later they called back - had a cancelation and were ready to come out if it worked for me. They had the job done within 3 hrs of my initial call. I believe the electrician's name was Matt - to my knowledge he couldn't have done a better job. Went above and beyond, and was conscientious of the time; very kind and helpful. Thank you!
