I am currently attempting to get someone to work on a couple of my windows that are under a warranty. I had to call several times before someone came out. They looked at the windows and told me that they would give me call back last Wednesday and as of today, I haven't received a phone call. I attempted to call the number listed and got voicemail. I was told they were under new management for these same issues however it doesn't seem like things have changed. Would like to know if any other company can service my warranty? I will be reaching out to the BBB if I am unsuccessful in getting this resolved.

They did the doors and windows in our brand new home. After moving in we tried having our window tinted. When the TINT guy was over he said they couldn't do our sliding glass door because the glass was about to fall out. After contacting our builder (in May) they had them come out to fix the issue. After he came to "fix" the door, it wouldn't open or shut! Came back said it just needed adjusted. Still did not open or shut correctly. They finally told us they were giving us a "new" door. Finally 2 months ago they come and replace the door with a used scratched up door and again it would not open or shut properly! Then on top of that they took our screen door and didn't put one back on! Finally got the builder and the company out together over a month ago again. They agreed it needed to be replaced again. They did not call or return any of our phone calls about replacement until we contacted the Builders Association last week. Then he called to tell me he was ordering the door and will call back with confirmation later in the day. That was last Friday! No contact, no call, no anything! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They tell you what they think you what to hear and then bail!

I have been trying to get 2 warrantied windows replaced for over 4 months on a new house I bought less than 2 years ago and I keep getting the run around. Guess it's time to contact the BBB to see if they can help.

Tried for months to get a quote from them on making a solid wood door. I followed up with them on 3 occasions before giving up on them. I never received a quote and took my business elsewhere.

Totally Agree!!! We have been dealing with them for four years now trying to resolve an issue with a window they installed and they never follow through. Someone has come out four different times and we are now on our fifth contact. It is my last time for giving them a chance to stand by their product and warranty. My next step is the BBB and our state attorney general. I would not do business with them again.

Horrible, horrible experience! We wanted to go through CDK because they did the original windows on our home. However, I had to call four times to get someone to call me back to schedule installation. Then, once someone finally called they didn't show up for our first appointment and then rescheduled multiple times before they came. The first time they showed they had to come back a different day because they did not have the right equipment. When they did come, they broke the glass, left marks on our walls, black stains on the carpet and to top it off there were shards of glass in the carpet. We have young children in the house and this could have ended with an injured child! I will never use them again.
