Not real happy with the setting up of repairs on our patio door. They had to have my credit card number and stated that I would be charged before the person came out to service the door. I have NEVER had a company charge me for a service call BEFORE they even came out for service. I had to really work at getting the guy to even look up our information the phone person was less than helpful. After I pushed a bit he was surprisingly able to look up our address and found our information. I am really disappointed in the service and how things are handled. We will see in 2 weeks how the repair goes.

We recently completed phases 1 and 2 of our window replacement project with Pella of Wichita. So far, we've replaced 19 Andersen single-pane windows and a sliding glass door from 1959 with Pella Lifestyle and Pella Reserve Contemporary windows and a sliding glass door in a black-stain finish. Since it was such a big project for us, we shopped around, read all the reviews, watched all the YouTube videos, and got quotes. After several months of research, our decision to go with Pella was solidified after visiting their showroom. It's one thing to view images of windows online, it's another to touch them, see how they operate, and examine the fit and finish of an actual product. We made an appointment to have a salesperson out for a quote.

Todd Malcolm was friendly, helpful, honest, respectful, and straightforward. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision right then and there, or even within a specific time frame. He made the quote process easy, helped us understand what we were getting, and walked us through the whole job process. He even helped us realize our large window’s full potential by suggesting several window configurations and helped explain the pros and cons of each option.

Although the installation was performed by contractors, Scott and his crew may as well be full-time employees. They handled the worksite respectfully, were very polite, answered our questions, kept everything clean and orderly, and did a great job with our extensive project. We felt confident knowing they’ve been professionally installing windows for many years. They made quick work of the job, but weren’t rushing or cutting corners to get to the next site.

Customer service was handled by Diane Niedens. She was very accommodating to our schedules, made sure all of our concerns were answered, and checked up on all aspects along the way.

With any large and complicated house project, a few minor issues are to be expected along the way. Chris McGinn and his team listened to the minor snags we had, and provided prompt solutions. The minor issues we had were taken care of without a problem.

Overall, the windows and sliding glass door are awesome and make hanging out at home a lot more enjoyable. They look fantastic, operate smoothly, cut down on outdoor noise, and are helping us save money on energy costs. Our friends and family really like the look of them as well. We’re very satisfied with the product and service, and we recommend Pella.

Purchased a new front door in November of 2021. Lock set was discontinued and the seals did not properly keep the door airtight. Light can be seen under the door. Pella has made several attempts to fix the door. Due to a lack of communication, the repairmen report not having the correct materials on their truck to complete the job properly. Last attempt was 9/11/23. Repairman said if he were allowed to go to his shop and get the correct materials he could fix the seal issue. He left and did not return. I called customer service on 9/22/23 to get a status on my repair. The customer service lady was professional and assured me that I would be called back on 9/25/23. Next week will be 2 years later. My suggestion would be to avoid this company.

We just bought a door from Pella. Our Salesman was Darren who was quite professional. We were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before we could get it put in. At 6 weeks time we called to check on progress. He was leaving for the holiday but would have someone call us to set things up. They got it the next day or two and all went quite well. Our salesman, Lance, was very personable. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. They got our windows in two weeks ahead of schedule too!

Scott and Alec installed our windows and they were super efficient, professional and considerate. We made sure to have everything out of their way but they laid a blanket down, cleaned up their supplies, didn't bring in any dirt and they never woke my sleeping baby!!! The biggest shock was that we weren't waiting around all day. They gave us a 4 hour window when we got a quote, Scott called us 15 minutes in advance and they had our two windows installed in two hours! We are very impressed and would recommend them to people looking for new windows!
