I appreciate efforts of "Sunshine" in getting the work moving on replacement of windows at my office. The work appears to be great. The gentlemen who were there on a holiday to do the work were very efficient and prompt, and I recommend them. I was impressed by a rare work ethic.

I had a super small job but they treated me like I had placed a huge order. When they had completed the job, which was very quick they called me and shared I could come pick up my mirror...I would recommend them for any job you may have... super nice, efficient and very reasonably priced... just an all around great business that made me feel that they sincerely cared for their customers.

Great experience doing business with Bowling Green Glass from my initial phone call through my picking up my repaired light fixture. Great customer service and reasonable pricing. They didn't have frosted glass in stock to cut 2 replacement pieces of glass for my fixture, so they etched glass to match the existing glass panes. They called to say it was ready in about 1 1/2 days. Thank you!

This place will never return my calls. I’ve been trying to get a quote on replacing a window in my master bedroom closet. The first time I called I was told it would be a couple of weeks and that they would call me and schedule but they never did. Finally, a contractor that I use made arrangements for them to come out and measure our window which they did but they never called back and that was 3 months ago! My contractor called the glass company and they can’t find the work order. I figured I would try one more time and called a couple of weeks ago and spoke with a company representative. She explained that she would look and call me back but 2 weeks has passed and I haven’t been called. Very poor customer service. 3 strikes and your out applies to this glass company. Moving on to another company at this point.
