David rocks, he went out of his way to try and diagnose my AC issue along with providing the BEST relief possible in the mean time from this sudden heat wave. He hooked up a portable AC unit until the root cause could be thoroughly investigated. The call center was also awesome with communication.

Editing a lil late - but I wanted to follow up that the issue was diagnosed and my AC has been working great! I’m so grateful for the service they provided. David and owner Peter were very helpful, thoughtful, respectful and honest. And their pricing was more than reasonable especially considering the extra time and effort they put in.

I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC!

Today, faced with the daunting prospect of a sweltering weekend without air conditioning, I was in a state of panic. My AC unit had ceased to blow cold air, and every HVAC service I called couldn’t come out until Monday. That’s when I stumbled upon Mr. P’s HVAC service.

Justin was great. He was able to come in and evaluate the system quickly and efficiently. He knew the things to look for, walked me through the problems with the system and identified some potential solutions, both short and long term. Dr. P’s was great to work with and made the process of getting a new AC unit easy. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue, immediately provided an electronic summary of options for repair, and even went above and beyond to provide a portable AC unit until my unit was replaced. The quote they provided for a new unit was significantly less than one of their competitors and Jacob provided excellent customer service on the day of the repair. I would highly recommend Dr. P’s!

Dr. P's HVAC went above and beyond for my family tonight. When I called around 5:30 pm about a cooling issue in my newborn's nursery, they immediately connected me with one of their HVAC specialists. Despite it being the end of their workday, the specialist didn't hesitate to assist. Initially, he suggested a visit the next day, which I appreciated. However, before I could confirm, he generously offered to arrive in just 7 minutes. Gratefully, I accepted.

Despite driving through a tornado warning, they arrived swiftly and safely. We sought shelter in my basement for about 15 minutes until the storm passed. Throughout the entire ordeal, both technicians remained incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful. I simply cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

Justin was prompt, kind and professional, put on shoe covers before walking around our home, was able to diagnose and repair our furnace issue within an hour, restoring heat that had been completely out.
