I took off work for these appointments. No call no show twice from Josh Barnes to take simple measurements for one bathroom shelf to cover the edge of a tub. I really didn’t even need them to come by. I gave them schematic of what I wanted cut. I expressed two week timeline for this quartz to be cut and was assured it could easily be done. Now the final pieces of my bathroom remodel won’t be finished before family is coming to visit. Which keeps my shower from being functional. I will not be using this company ever. Have some integrity for the sake of your customers at least. Very unprofessional and rude. Blatant disregard for others people’s time.

Update: we still haven’t heard from them to schedule an appointment. These people are a joke. I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy. Update: We received a call from Elegant Home Design about a month ago concerning the review I gave them. He said he would schedule an appointment for someone to come and make the needed repairs. Needless to say we haven’t heard anything else from him. And no repairs have been done. Very disappointed customer. The bad experience started on the first day of flooring installation and got worse. A job that should have taken 4-5 days took 4 weeks. We have some places that need to be repaired because the guy put in broken flooring. We told the owner but have yet to get a response. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Started the process of remodel in October. After having issues I'd reliability of workers and the company finally got done in April mixed up orders, nobody showing up to work, coordination issues. Had flooring issues since the start but was told it's the way the floor is. Nope. It's because when air duct was closed the subfloor wasn't replaced as one piece. So now the floor has dips. I have emailed Josh many times about this and always get the same reply, "I'll send my flooring guy out". Nobody ever shows. Now my cabinet is separated in the corner at the ceiling. Asked to have that fixed. Same reply, "I'll send a guy". Still nothing here. Love my kitchen but the process was awful. Never will I use them again.

Very disappointed in the service with this company. They installed our granite 8 years ago. The seams cracked, so we reached out to have it serviced and fixed to look nice again. They didn’t call back and claimed they emailed me but never did. So I emailed them, called 3 weeks ago, followed up a week later and they never reached back out. We had someone else take care of it and they did a great job. We also found where they cut our granite wrong and the stone is not flush on one side of our island. A simple call to tell me they can’t do the repairs would have been the professional thing to do.

I recently had the flooring in my home and bathroom remodeled by Elegant Home Design. They're located inside The Granite Center in Radcliff. They did a great job and their contractors were very professional and always cleaned up prior to leaving each day. Jeremiah, who managed the work and all contractors involved, went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the remodel went as smoothly as possible. I'd also like to point out that the plumbers from Bee's Plumbing in Louisville were topnotch and did a wonderful job. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a plumber however big or small the job.

My wife and I purchased granite counter tops for our kitchen remodel from the Granite Center. They broke the granite during the install so it had to be seamed to a second piece of granite of a different thickness. This left the surface uneven. There is also a second seam in an area over top of the dishwasher. Also, they sold us an inferior kitchen sink which was not properly installed. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP! We won't be back.
