Chris Patrick did an amazing job today. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and had great customer service skills. I would definitely recommend him for all your Arlinghaus needs! Darion did an amazing job! He was very professional but also friendly and outgoing! Perfectly delightful fellow! He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Very knowledgeable. He is a true asset to your company. I would recommend him and Arlinghaus to our family and friends.

Greg Collins just left, was here about an hour explained everything took pictures and I get my new air conditioner tomorrow!! I’m so excited, Greg was such a nice man and I’m sure I will be just as pleased with tomorrow’s crew. Thanks again Greg!!

Can’t seem to get another post so will just add to these, Brandon and Cody came today and put my new air conditioner in and they were both so nice and did a fantastic job, cleaned up everything would never know they had worked so hard and long. It is so cool in my house will sleep good tonight Thank all 4 of these great men for helping me with my new air conditioner, thanks again!
Yes, Adam was here early this morning and put new fuse outside and cooling down pretty quickly, sorry I had to cancel Saturday, two very hot days for just a fuse, but thanks to Adam I’m good to go. Thanks you very much Adam.

We were in a pinch with a main drain backing up over the holiday. Darion came first thing in the morning. He was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We appreciate his professional approach to our problem and helping us to take the first steps in getting it resolved. We now have a new “go-to” for our house needs.

Arlinghaus is a great company to work with. Ben Nishime from Alringhaus was absolutely great to work with. My husband and I had three MAJOR home projects come up unexpectedly (AC in 2023 and basement repair in 2024) and they talked through everything with us. Regarding our 2024 repairs, it was very clear that Ben wanted to fix the issue in our home but also not put us in a tough situation. Ben walked us through the whole way and we are very grateful. Arlinghaus’ customer service is top tier and we’d recommend them to anybody!

The install duo team consisting of Jacob and Lane from Arlinghaus Plumbing Heating & AC are beyond compare. The amazing technician Reba did the initial evaluation and Jacob & Lane installed our new complete Heating and Air system. Sam Benner was our knowledgeable sales person. We could not be more impressed, pleased or satisfied with everyone we have dealt with at Arlinghaus. They are the ones to turn to in our opinion.

I called Arlinghaus and Brenda was so polite. I was looking to replace a central air unit. She scheduled my appointment for the same afternoon. I had the pleasure of working with Sam and his co worker again polite. They gave me options and all of the information so I could make a well informed decision. And made an appointment for the next day. Talk about quick! I want to thank Garrett and his co workers for doing a wonderful job you guys did on the installation and clean up! You all work at a great pace and got the job done as scheduled. Thanks for all of your hard work everyone! It is much appreciated and I look forward to working with you all again!

Replaced my broken-down furnace and my perfectly fine (old) condensing unit on March 9, 2020 (right before pandemic pricing). Charged me 25٪ more than Sneller, Bryant, Help, Comfort, Thomas&Galbraith, etc. The girl behind the phone told me it has a 10-year warranty as long as it was tuned up once a year. I asked if any hvac company could tune it to stay in compliance with the warranty, to which she said yes. 4 years later, it wasn't blowing out cold air. Called ONE Hour, they said the condensing unit motor was bad, quoted me $900ish to replace. I called Arlinghaus to see if it was still covered under warranty. I was told they have to do their own diagnoses, to which I scheduled an appointment. I paid Arlinghaus $100ish to tell me the motor in the condensing unit was bad, they could replace it for $800ish and my warranty was no longer good because I didn't use them for my yearly tune ups. A week later, no repairs done, I turned my AC on and it's been working fine. I called Arlinghaus to question the diagnosis. The tech said he never heard of overload current protection in a motor to prevent the motor from damage. Knew right then he was incompetent, haven't heard back from Arlinghaus, won't be calling them ever!

Not only was he helpful and did a superior job.
He had the compassion to understand the family circumstance . And he went 110% by acknowledging the work that was done prior by my Dad was fully respected.
