Do not recommend. Dishonest and shady people. I hope to help save others from the mistake I made by calling them. I called a plumbing company because I wanted a licensed plumber for the job, not a handyman. Without being upfront, they sent someone without a plumbing license who did not know what he was doing. Per the scheduler, we learned this particular guy is usually sent with someone else for direct supervision (which seems to be necessary per KY law). Initially he said he could put a new water line through the wall but then later couldn’t, also drilled an unnecessary hole in my hardwood floor and destroyed multiple ceiling tiles. The work was likely corrected on a repeat trip from their plumber although the hole in the floor and destroyed ceiling tiles were not addressed or paid for. Owner was downright nasty to deal with on the phone and not receptive to hearing customer feedback. When I asked for a refund after I was able to piece together the whole story, he threatened to rip out the water line. BEWARE

This company isn't very up front or professional. Lady told me they had a 10am opening, I booked it. Not 10am-12pm, not 10am-2pm. After almost 30min I called to ask why I don't see a truck or get a call, she told me that the guy was probably busy on his first job. I won't tolerate unprofessionalism. Be up front and precise with your customers as if their time matters just as much, and give them a heads up. I told her to keep her guy at home and I moved on. Which is what I recommend, move on.

I don't recommend this company. I am very disappointed with service I received. Follow up: Invoice is in the mail. I asked you to fix my gas valve so Lowes could install my new stove. You said is wasn't broken and left but charged me $179. Lowes came back and said it was broken. I asked you to replace it.

Neiheisel plumbing exceeded all of my expectations! I recently called them about an issue with 2 of our toilets. They came to my house promptly and diagnosed/fixed the issue in under an hour. Extremely friendly guys as well. Anytime in the past that I’ve needed work done on anything in my home, it is stressful, but the Neiheisel team made this experience quick and easy! I would highly recommend their services! If I ever have plumbing needs, I will not hesitate to call them!

I would HIGHLY recommend using Neiheisel plumbing. Their entire team was kind, reliable and overall did a great job with a tough project. The project at our 110 year old home took 5 days to complete and they cleaned up after themselves everyday and made sure to have the water off in our home for as little time as possible and were super positive and happy every time my husband or I chatted with them. Great service, fair prices, and a great team.

I have used Neiheisel Plumbing for over 25 years, first when I lived in Latonia and now in Bellevue. They have always been here when they said they would and always did a good, clean job. Several winters ago when my kitchen pipes burst from the cold and we were in the middle of a massive, Friday rush hour snowstorm, they called and said their guy was still on his way although he was mired in traffic. He was still trying to get here to do the job. I will always recommend them.

Excellent service! They came out right away and fixed my kitchen sink clog which originated far past in the basement. Very professional! Cleaned up-no mess. I have used them several times installing dishwasher, outside water faucets and shut off valves. I would highly recommend Neiheisel Plumbing for old and new plumbing work. Great Job!

We used Neiheisel all the time for our business and home. The last time was for building a room extension where they handled all the plumbing and duct work. They've been here several other times as well and done a great job for us, particularly when I opened a spa and had a lot of things that were water-based.
