Haven’t used their services but I do know their employees think it is acceptable to flip off and curse out a woman in bumper to bumper traffic who is simply trying to change lanes. Very unprofessional. I certainly will never use this company.

We had a gunite pool installed 14 years ago by a local Cincinnati area pool company. We have had nothing but trouble with this pool for the entire 14 years. Multiple pool leaks, shoddy tile work that had to be redone shortly after installation and ugly plaster stains. Rarely would a summer go by when there wasn't some kind of problem.

Mid American came out this spring, replaced the tile, replastered the entire pool and after a thorough inspection, fixed the final leak.

This is the first summer in 14 years that we can use the pool without having to worry about air bubbles, the water level dropping excessively or tiles falling off. Also, it looks 100% better than when it was brand new.

Kaitlyn, their representative met with us last fall, reviewed all of our options in detail, and gave us a timeline and price.

The work was all done in a professional and prompt manner. There were no surprises, delays or crazy price changes. It's so rare these days for someone to actually come through and do what they say they are going to do.

Mid American Gunite Pools has my full recommendation.

One of the worst pool companies in America. I spent the last 2 years attempting to get them to bid restoring a pool they built for me and after many visits and much discussion, they have never provided me any help nor appointment to show up and address my needs. Maybe they are good with cookie cutter projects but be very careful hiring them to do a custom project. They don’t stand behind their work.

There's so much to say, but the bottom line is; the team at Mid American cares! From the initial quote, to the dig team, from the steel and tile crew to the gunite guys...the plaster, the equipment, service and start-up crews.. right up to the owner!! Mid American pools are the quality you would expect from a company with such a stellar reputation, because their people care about their work and take pride in the final product. Our work involved two-years of planning and more rain this season than we've had in decades... Mid American took their time, worked diligently and accommodated every little question we had, right up to the last day - when the owner stopped by again, just to be sure the final product was up to our expectations and his standards. Dont settle for the lowest bid when it comes to something so important for your family, quality and workmanship lasts a long time - and we intend to enjoy this pool for decades to come! Thanks guys.
