Had them out to inspect our septic systems. They were there for 15 minutes and charged $390. That's over $1,000 an hour.

The owner walked around and said I'd bet they leech field is over here. His employee took the cover off one lid and said it needs to be pumped.

Thanks for nothing. We'll never use your service again and will make sure our local friends and family are aware of how this business operates.

They were super nice though...go figure when you're r-wording your customer.

I had a great experience with C&J plumbing. Troy was extremely helpful and took the time to explain what he was doing within my home. Troy even noticed my neighbor needed a jump and took the time to help her with her dead battery! Overall great experience and great people. Highly recommend!

I had a bad septic problem. My tank was buried three feet deep. I called C & J Plumbing and they were ready to help.

They were at my house quickly and had the equipment to solve the problem. Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction within 4 hours of their arrival. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The price was more than fair. If I could give them six stars I would. I cannot say enough good things about these people.

We had a major clog in the kitchen sink. Nothing we tried on our own worked. We called several people that we found online and by word of mouth and NO ONE returned our calls. I called and left a message with C & J after expanding my Google search beyond Maysville. The owner called me back within 5 minutes and came out first thing the next morning. The clog was much more than a clog and probably took a lot longer than expected but they kept us informed the entire time. They have a customer for life and we will highly recommend them to others as well.
