Needed service today and the tech was very nice. However when I called to make the appointment I was told by the lady that the service call would be 89.00 and if there were any other charges the tech would let me know before hand. All that needed to be done was a new furnace fuse that had went bad in my electrical box to be replaced, which I had this fuse in my home and he screwed it in which I could have done for free and made sure it was running then before he left told me the 89.00 fee had turned into 239.00 this really hurt us financially this week. Screwing a fuse in that I had in the home was not covered under the 89.00? Wow guys! 150.00 should be returned. I'm disappointed after I saw good reviews and you all put in our furnace.

Thanks for the reply but he spent more time in my restroom then "rechecking" everything

Thompson Heating and Cooling- Getting a new system is very expensive and you want to feel comfortable with the company you go with.
I had 3 quotes done and Thompson was the better deal, by far for all the same work!! No pressure for picking a package that was budget friendly and meant all my needs for my home. Installation team was knowledgeable and professional. Josh and Andrew were my installers and they were wonderful and respectful of my home. They were thorough and answered all my questions. Hands down the best!

Hands down the best group of workers and company. We did 4 quotes for a new system and Thompson gave us the best quote. Other 3 businesses were much larger companies. These guys showed up when they said they would and worked tirelessly installing our new system. Our gas heat is in a cramped attic so not a simple task to say the least. But these guys got it done. And they cleaned up their mess as though they were never here.
We would be absolutely happy to work with them again.
