At first I had a bad experience with the extended warranty, but Tim at Ferguson made it right. He listened to my issues and found a very fair resolution. Ferguson does care about their customers. I would shop there again, but would probably be hesitant to buy the extended warranty. That is unless it was from Ferguson and not the existing Tru Blue company.

If you are not paying for your purchase yourself I would suggest going to another local showroom like Wiseway Design Showroom. I am beyond disappointed by my experience and was left feeling like a criminal. The positives: A star for the beautiful faucet and shower selection; they also have a small selection of lighting. Another star for Jordan. He was attentive, very helpful, knowledgeable and overall wonderful. Every member I observed on site was very polite and professional. I wanted to leave a one star but the two positives above deserve more than that. The negative: Our family is required to move into a home owned by my husband’s new employer and the company is covering most of the renovation cost. I understand we are very fortunate to have this option. After spending days selecting items both in store and online for our entire home remodel I was advised I could not make the purchases. We had planned to purchase items from Ferguson for six rooms. I supplied them with the requested form and even added additional emails, zip codes, addresses, phone numbers, divisions and my husband's work contact information. My husband's company has a very large account with Ferguson with different divisions so it was not that they were a new client. The purchase was still denied by Accounting unless we paid for the items ourselves making the claim of legal ramifications. All while not even attempting to reach out to anyone at his company that could verify the authorization approval for purchases. I could understand the denial if I had not provided multiple contact points or documentation. We have done this with multiple other companies across central Kentucky with no issues since October. And, as a business owner myself I know sometimes other people have been delegated to due a job. I am all for supporting local or even regional showrooms such as Ferguson; please continue to do so. But, please be mindful if you are a designer, contractor, family member or spouse doing most of the design work it will be a waste of your time. Fortunately, we were able to work with Jessica at Wiseway (also local) less than a mile away without feeling like a we were criminals. They offer more lighting and plumbing fixtures plus the showroom is larger allowing them to showcase more options.

My husband and I went into the store and we’re very interested in a farmhouse sink. The consultant who helped us sent us an email with the dimensions so we could forward it to our contractor. My husband and I have left 3 messages to place the order for the sink and no call back. We’re probably going to look elsewhere for the sink.

Very friendly staff. Took our sister to find a shower head that would be easier for her to use. They were very helpful and we found exactly what she needed.

Very bad buying experience when purchasing a Sub Zero refrigerator. Regrettably, attempted to buy a Wolf double oven & showroom Thermador cooktop, also, from Ferguson’s. The sales person was very slow in responding & not very helpful. Ended up buying the Wolf double oven from Pieratt’s. Gary was very helpful there. Lastly, the sales manager at Ferguson’s was borderline rude regarding the cooktop. I am now buying it from Pieratt’s. Tried my hardest to be a customer of Ferguson’s, but they did not seem to care at any step in the process!

Disappointed selection on kitchen appliance sets. Went to Lowe’s to get Bosch set I wanted. Underwhelmed.

The showroom is just beautiful, one of the best lighting store in Lexington. They have a good variety of nice pieces which would be great addition to your home.

Fergusons has a beautiful showroom and really helpful, informed staff. They stood by us as customers during COVID, when others we were dealing with were citing supply chain issues and not doing everything they could to help us. We will stick with Fergusons in the future for our kitchen and bath needs!

We highly recommend Ferguson’s. We bought our kitchen appliances, plumbing fixtures, a few lights, and a washer/dryer from Christina, who is incredibly attentive, kind, patient, and helpful. The whole staff is very professional. We will return to them for any future needs for our house.

My husband and I built with DB Homes and we both couldn’t be happier that they had Ferguson on their preferred vendor list. We worked closely with Elina Feheley. Her personality is as lovely as she is! She was very responsive when a question/concern came to mind and she sweetly rolled with the punches when I changed my mind on selections. I would highly recommend going to Ferguson and requesting Elina.

By far the best place to buy all your kitchen and bath fixtures. This is one of those places that you get what you pay for. They know what they are doing and have a vast knowledge in kitchen and bath. You get knowledgeable and exceptional service, unlike a big box store.

Good people. Very friendly, engaging, and helpful. Shout out to Jack. They didn’t carry brand/part I needed this guy took what little info I gave him and within an hr I received an email from him with direct contact with manufacturer and finding out they are still under warranty. Good experience for me. Definitely recommend if your in need of Lighting or Kitchen and Bath fixtures.
