I engaged Kitchen Concepts to do custom inset cabinets for a kitchen and mudroom in our cabin outside of Lexington. I could not be happier with the cabinets and the installation. Clay, Sarah, Jason and Mark were exceptional to work with. They helped to edit my design and worked with me to develop the look and functionality I wanted. Their attention to quality and detail, consistency, knowledge of their products, and customer service is extremely good, and at a level I have rarely seen. I also had some challenges with the design that they were able to creatively resolve. My experience with Kitchen Concepts could not have been more positive. I love both of my new spaces and cannot recommend this company highly enough!

My dishwasher leaked and ruined my entire kitchen. I was super stressed about finding the perfect cabinets, but then I met Mitch. He worked with me to find out what kind of cabinets I wanted and he listened to my specific needs. The cabinets he helped me pick out were perfect. If I ever need cabinets again, Mitch will be the guy I call. When it came to installation, Brian was my installer. He did such a great job installing. He was careful, but quick and efficient. One of the weirdest, most awkward shopping experiences I've ever had. Request for an appointment over email was never acknowledged. Once in the showroom, either the woman didn't want to sell to us, she was rather dismissive, or was completely incompetent as it felt like we were having to push her show the products. DO NOT USE!- Kitchen Concepts was slated to do laundry room cabinets for a 10x 10 laundry room. It took reordering the cabinets and 31/2 months to actually get them installed. The swivel laundry cabinets for dirty clothes are cheap , the plastic shelf holders are almost impossible to move. The experience was not a good one and I would not recommend using this company.

This was the worst experience. The showroom is beautiful. Mike was very nice but Not forthcoming. Not all the cabinets were ordered. When installer came to the house he complained the whole time about his life and his job. And left without finishing the job. They sent him back another day and he left early. He was very rude. New installer came he was great. When I asked if they would price match he said yes. He did but the cabinets that came were cheap quality and didn't say anything about the down grade. I could have bought better quality for the same price but he just wanted the sale.
