we bought lots of tiles from this place, I always order more than I need but these people short me plus really gave me hard time to provide invoice. After putting in so much effort there is not clear description on their invoice because they always over charge and when you ask them they would not give you clear answer about charges. Please believe these reviews, I suggest not to go there. Also ones you buy it would be yours they would tell you it’s special order, not possible .....Huh

Bad customer service, not a great selection. I was overcharged, and I left my receipt at home. I suggested they pull up the invoice from their computer--they can't do that. Huh? Delivery was VERY slow, and the saleswoman acted like she was doing me a favor by waiting on me. Never again.
