I was looking to buy a replacement spun bulb that I’ve used in a Waterford crystal lamp for years. No luck anywhere (of course it was an incandescent which are no longer legal to sell). I call Wiseway and they no longer sell, of course. I said thank you for tell me and hung up. But about 5 minutes later my phone rang and Adam, from Wiseway, had done some sleuthing and found a perfect LED replacement! All without asking. Now that’s what I call customer service!

I stopped in today with my toddler. I was super nervous to bring him to a lighting store, but the team was SUPER hospitable and helpful. We got EXACTLY what we needed after going multiple other places in town and not finding what we needed.

The most amazing customer support experience I've ever had - especially considering I didn't buy anything from you. I came in to your Lexington store literally 5 minutes before closing today (Saturday 7/2). Your guys at the parts counter tried various sources but couldn't get what I needed, so they found it for me at a different store here in town and sent me there so that I could get my hot tub back up and running for the 4th of July holiday weekend. Gave me the part number and description, where to go get it, and even how much it was going to cost. This was simply exceptional and deserves to be recognized. Thank you very much!
